I do not like to complain when I go out to eat because I work in the food industry and I understand mistakes can be made, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes, my daughter ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a side of breadsticks with Alfredo sauce. When we received our meals my mashed potatoes were in a plastic bag that melted to the hot plate the meal comes on. I alerted the waitress and she proceeded to pick them up and dump them onto the plate and then tried pulling the melted plastic out of the potatoes, which wasn't working since the plastic was melted and she did not even offer to get me a new plate. I had to ask her to. When she came back the shrimp was hard and luke-warm and the mashed potatoes weren't fully cooked. My daughter's chicken was burnt and hard and the noodles were under cooked but she just wanted new chicken and we never even received the side order of breadsticks. Even still, I told the waitress I really didn't want to complain but this was unacceptable and the waitress did not want to return to the kitchen because she said the cooks were very upset. The manager came and apologized for the chicken but said nothing of the melted plastic in the mashed potatoes. They brought my daughter a sad little dessert for her birthday and took that off the bill which was only a $0.95 deduction. I brought the burnt chicken home for the dogs and they didn't even like it. I still kindly paid for the meal and left a tip because I didn't want to make a scene and upset my daughter on her birthday. She did not feel well the rest of the night, though. We are still very disappointed about this. Don't waste your time or your hard-earned momey.

Same as the other person!
Take-out is not recommended. We placed our order online and it was completed very quickly, but when I picked it up they didn't give me our drinks or our kids' milkshakes. Luckily I was only a 2 minute drive away, so I just went back to ask for the drinks. ( I also didn't get the salsa for my quesadilla, but that's less important.) The waitstaff was very nice and grabbed what I was missing. Then the manager came to ask if I got everything I needed. I said yes, but that it was too bad that I had to come back for the rest of my order. He sighed a big sigh, looked at the floor, then back at me and said "I'm VERY SORRY about that, and if there is ANYTHING else you need, please don't hesitate to ask." (He seemed very annoyed that _I_ was annoyed about needing two trips to get my food.) I had my whole order at this point, so I said I was good. He just nodded, wished me a good night, and walked off. When we ate, my wife said her fries were cold, and her burger was a "grease bomb".Not planning to return.P.S. I HATE to complain, but this was a very frustrating experience.
Just don't go there. I am sure there are better places to eat dinner in Littleton.
Be attentive when ordering cos portions may be very small for the price. 2 tables were dissatisfied with size
Come before 4:00 PM for great deals!
Bring your winter coat in with you because it is wicked cold inside. Why would they have air conditioning on in the middle of October?????
The staff was nice. Watch your dishes before you start eating. Mine was full with fingerprints, disgusting. The portions are not as announced.I've visited other Applebee's and this is by far the worst
Really good great food service was attentive
