Normally, I love coming to Starbucks in Littleton. I typically do a mobile order & unless someone else is with me, I only ever order a white chocolate mocha with peppermint & soy milk either hot or frozen.
But, lately my order has not come out right, either they forget the peppermint or it comes as a frappichino without the caffeine added in, which is fine, it happens, it still tastes good.
But today, I ordered my usual, and they just made a Chocolate...

The drinks are always amazing and the staff is always very friendly. I personally want to shout out Carrie at the drive thru window. I’m not a morning person, but, she’s always very sweet and helps me start my day on the right foot. Grateful to have a wonderful smiling face and sunny disposition even at 5 AM!

We ordered 4 drinks and it took more than 25 mins because they were handing everything to drive thru instead of take outs. This was flagged more than once with one staff member being abrupt when we asked where the final drink was, this was after we were stood for more than 10 mins with the first 3 drinks!
Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry or want to be spoken to like dirt!
