Honestly I cannot for the life of me understand why the staff has to be so rude when it comes to picking up orders to go. If I order through the app it’s saving them time to take the order and they can get started on the coffee even before I pull up to the window. In particular, a staff member with black/dark brown hair and glasses, (she wasn’t at the window long enough for us to even see her name tag) was so rude and sassy at the speaker. Sam is an absolute gem! I could be having the worst morning and the moment I hear his friendly voice through the speaker I instantly have a smile on my face! Thank you Sam for keeping the customer service of the old days alive!
We stopped off here on route to Quebec.
We ordered 4 drinks and it took more than 25 mins because they were handing everything to drive thru instead of take outs. This was flagged more than once with one staff member being abrupt when we asked where the final drink was, this was after we were stood for more than 10 mins with the first 3 drinks!
Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry or want to be spoken to like dirt!
