Place is disgusting, worker is rude. Just go to jersey mikes. Used to love this place but it has just gone down hill, worker with goatee and patch work tattoos on arm should be fired.
I will never go in this place again! I walked in and had to wait. Place was empty! Finally some guy covered in hickeys came out and rudely greeted me by saying first of all I need how many sandwiches. What's on them and the dimensions while counting on his finger! Not how are you what can I get you! I said I want a wrap. He grabs a Flatbread! I asked him if that was a wrap and he told me he wasn't sure! Unbelievable! What a piss poor place
I am really disappointed with the littleton subway. The gentleman that was the manager who was amazing and friendly and brought customers in is no longer there. I was told he was fired. what a shame he was the best. The store is now like a morgue no one is friendly they dont smile and everyone has a attitude. I normally order around 10 catering platters when i do and i wont be doing so this year. The subs are poor quality and the staff is skimping on the protiens and veggies. Its not worth the money to go there and its a shame i have been going there for 20 plus years. The new manager that wheres a pink subway visor is rude and doesnt respond to customers when they walkin and rude while making ur food. I heard her say shes the district manager. Maybe she needs to be retrained in customer service. I honestly feel that the owners need to bring the store manager back that was there 2 to 3 months ago. If they do that i see the store being successful again. i would have given no stars but thats not an option so i had to give a 1 star. Either fix ur management or close the store.
11 am, Store is empty. 2 employees a girl with red hair and tattoos and a younger guy with black long hair… The guy is higher than a kite. Rushing had to re make my sandwich cause he dropped it… the girl offered no asstiance to help him… and at checking out I had to remind him of the meal and a extra cup… my soup was also put in a large cup cause they had no “lids” like whaaaat… a small cup would have been fine… Needs serious training and to learn how to be a team. Again I am sitting in here and the girl offers him no help I’m sitting here and he is rushing out orders by himself, looking high as a kite. While writing this he know has a line… sad.
Amazing store manager from my experience. I cannot recall this gentleman's name...but I am sure they will know who I am referring to as there are only so many managers per branch. This employee was busy when I arrived to order my food. He had at least 4 online order slips sitting on the counter ( 2 of them looked long), he had 3 customers in line, plus myself and he had a staff member who was running late (I know this because he had called her while I was there inquiring about where she was) among other things I am sure. My sandwich's were made perfect, maybe because I ordered in person rather than online like I usually do...or maybe because he paid good attention and treated me well because I was being so patient with him and his work load. I really do not know, all I know is he treated me well and applied a coupon for me having to wait in line so long. Patience goes a long way in life. If you treat people good, they will treat you good in return. Thank you sir.
When I was leaving with my sub I slipped on their floor wet floor and fell down on both my knees. Employees never came over to me to see if I was ok. Just a quick oh you ok! Customers that were in the lobby were very nice to make sure I was ok. I called and spoke to the manager Tim, who was very nice to me on the phone. I did however expect the owner to reach out to me to make sure I was ok. But no phone call!

I used to come here frequently for work and the manager was a fantastic hardworking guy. He left and today when I went, there were two young men who clearly didn't care at all and weren't very friendly. One of them put three tomato slices on an entire foot long and I had to ask him to put more, it was kind of ridiculous. Not very good service

Great staff. But, get this…Subway was out of cheese! Zero cheese for any sandwich! How does a Subway run out of cheese?

My subs are always perfect, but staff is a hit or miss. If you get the regional manager, he's awesome and always kind and funny. Some others have had an attitude, but customer service work can be hard. It's usually quiet but can be a little busy. Not the widest selection of drinks but not terrible.

Littleton NH subway is absolutely horrible. 4 times in a row come here and something is wrong. Toaster sm9king 2 times so had to clean, no toaster. Shouldnt have gotten so dirty to burn n ca7se smoke. 2 times 9h so sorry no bread just wraps cuz its baking (really for tomorrow ) now 2 times 9h sorry cant ring anything cuz system down ( but l9l guy walked in n picked up sandwich ordered online). Oh that's 6 times. Im here half hour now to make a point since they are supposed to be open 7ntil 10 and its 822.Top it off with staff work8ng says go ahead give bad review. Post it. District manager will just delete it. Well "isnt that special".
