Everything was terrific. Cozy atmosphere and great wine selection. Full bar.

Great atmosphere, superb service, and great food. We found it to be a bit pricey for the fair we got. We had the chicken pot pie of which I liked, but my wife found it to be less than what she expected.Walkability: Downtown Littleton

Love this place! My coworkers and I had a large group of 10 and they accommodated us same day. We had varying dishes and everyone was happy with their meals. We had the most delicious food and fantastic service by Alex. The staff all stayed late as we wrapped up our evening. I really appreciate this. We felt welcomed and I will always visit when I'm back in the area.

Really cool old time converted house with a nice upscale menu that is spot on thanks to a Philly bred chef. He clearly showed off his skills with our steak, chicken pot pie and short rib entrees all well executed and outstanding. The bar menu was also good and our waitress Jo was ... Sooooo nice. Rarely if ever give 5 stars and couldn't here (no fun sitting on a metal chair in winter) but a strong 4.5. Go - you won't be disappointed.

New Year’s Eve Dinner with friends in the private dining room in front of the fireplace. Delicious meals with beyond generous portions! Outstanding service. Tasty beverages from the bar. The best way to close one year & begin the next. Highly recommend. Thank you Beal House!

We love to dine at the Beal House with good friends on a cold December evening! This place always feels magical and the food is outstanding. Adam, the chef, is generous and welcoming, and Amanda, our server, was easygoing and attentive. Excellent five star evening all around! Thank you!

Nice fancy place, cozy ambiance and good food. The service was great too. The portions were what we expected, little on the smaller size for the price. We got their bread and it was soooooo good. It is a must order. The other dishes like steak and pasta were flavorful. It is hard to find a restaurant like this in the area, it is perfect for a date night or to celebrate birthday/anniversary. We will definitely come back if we are in the area!

The Beal House food was good. It seemed like they were trying to be upscale with their food but sort of missing the mark. For example, the fried chicken tasted good but it was a mystery cut - as a biology major, I couldn't figure out what part of the chicken I was eating based on the bone that was clearly there but not attached to a shape that was discernable as a chicken part. Again, it tasted good. I liked the brocolli because I like my brocolli crunchy but my friend did not like it because to her, it was undercooked. The creme brulee was weird. First it was served in a deeper dish that I have ever seen it before. There was not a nice hard sugar layer. It needed a little more time with the blow torch. And, it was cold at the bottom. The taste was amazing!! But the dish did not look like or feel like creme brulee. I like that they serve kombucha, but it was expensive. Actually, the whole meal was pretty pricey. Two of my dinner companions said they used to eat there often but now it was not a place they would come regularly now. My adult girls would love it as it is the kind of "fancy" stuff they like. I wouldn't take my meat-and-potato Dad.

This is for the restaurant that is top notch. I have never had a bad meal and in fact almost everything is 5 stars. Recently I had a swordfish special that was perfectly cooked with great sides. Most of the food is locally sourced so the menu changes with the seasons. Appetizers are not to be missed. While this time they did not have my favorite salad ( the shaved Brussels sprouts) the other salads are great. Also leave room for there homemade desserts that are out of this world. I had a mint oreo brownie with ice cream.

So it’s an old Inn, however you’d think they upgraded some things since it was built. Had a terrible sleep. The mattress is worn out, feels like you’re in a waterbed with too little water. It sinks down in the middle and you’re constantly trying to get to the edge so you don’t drown. My back is killing me now. So thinking I have a hot shower as it’s listed as an amenity as well, it’s Luke warm at best and takes quite a while to get there. Fire detectors are disconnected too Very Disappointed!

This was a wonderful date night spot! Although there were not many gluten free options, the chef was very willing to accommodate and the waitress knew exactly what I would need to modify. I had the burger on a bed of lettuce and it was absolutely beautifully cooked, served with a side of baked potato wedges instead of the fries, which were absolutely delicious! When the dining room got full, it did get a little bit loud so I'd recommend going earlier for a quieter meal! Overall a great choice!
