Food and presentation was amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly and best ceasar salad I've had. Definitely recommend

This was the second time my husband and I went to the restaurant and both times we had an amazing experience! The staff was lovely and welcoming. While the specials were interesting and creative, we opted both times for the chef’s menu where we had about 6 courses paired with wine….yum! We highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely be back again.

Tim-Bir Alley is without a doubt and by far our favorite restaurant! We visit here often and the food and service are always excellent! Val’s cooking is always amazing and Nancy and their team make you feel welcome and special! I never miss a chance to come here for a wonderful meal and you should not either!

I almost never leave reviews, but this place is so well reviewed, and I felt like I needed to share my experience. They also have little cards on the tables asking for Trip Advisor reviews, so here we are. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had a reservation for 630 and showed up a little early. We got seated right away. Service from here on out was slow. We did not get our entrees until 8 PM. We were considering walking out to find somewhere else to eat. The food itself was ok - you could tell my dish had been sitting under a warmer for a decent amount of time before it came out. We had been told around 735 that our meals would be out shortly...25 minutes is not shortly! After we were done, the chef came around asking how the meal was. We mentioned that it had been a little slow. He asked how long we had been waiting. When we started to answer, he interrupted to say that they were busy tonight, he didn't have help in the kitchen, and that he considers a 1 hour wait time acceptable. If the restaurant can't handle the volume of people, they should take less reservations or hire another chef. We waited 90 minutes and paid >$50/person for our mediocre food, absolutely ridiculous

Stopped into Littleton for my mothers 60th birthday for a nice dinner. Found this lovely gem online nestled right in downtown. White tablecloth adorned tables and beautiful brick walls. Local decor and superb service. Faith answered all our questions, and was extremely accommodating to my gluten-intolerant mom. The chef gave us an delicious appetizer on the house, our salads and tuna were remarkable. We had the steak sirloin, gnocchi, duck and pork special. Literally every dish was so tasty and well prepared. I cannot stress enough how good the whole experience is. Worth the money, worth the drive, memorable dinner indeed.

If you're looking for somewhere to have a fancy dinner in Littleton, Tim-Bir Alley is the place! Their salmon is one of the best I've ever had, it was so soft and perfectly cooked. The duck is also really juicy and delicious. Each dish was something unique, tasty, and beautiful. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, including desserts. There are a lot of reviews mentioning this place is cash only, but they now accept cards!

We stopped for dinner on our way to hike in New Hampshire and wanted to check out this place. All I can say is everything was amazing. We tried quite a lot of the appetizers - both salads, the beet and the Caesar, were delicious and very light/healthy (I also loved how the Caesar was served in a parmesan crust). All the main courses from the pasta Bolognese made with Venison to the chicken special were delicious and expertly cooked. We even made space for dessert which was, likewise, delicious, a hazelnut chocolate tort. We were not expecting a 5 star meal and great service but they outdid themselves -thanks! My only minor suggestion is to turn the heat up a bit as my feet were frozen for an hour afterwards even with all that good food.

Always incredible! Faith is the best server. Nancy and Val incredible! The new sous chef very knowing. Why they are not Michelin rated i have no idea.

Great meal and amazing staff; it takes long time to wait for the meal ready that you have to have a good patience but it worth to . Menu is well designed with a focus on fresh, local and quality. We just walked in it we get a nice table..but the glass of red wine is not so good, if they could add more choices that would be perfect ?

Probably one of the top ten meals I have had. What a find! Very relaxed atmosphere, great/friendly service, unhurried. Food was spectacular, terrific presentation.Really unique take on a Caesar salad.

Terrible food worse service. I thought thus place would be great after reading the reviews but was terribly disappointed. The food was a little cold and you could tell it was not fresh. Will definitely not be coming back here

Big City cuisine in Littleton New Hampshire. You can take a picture in New Hampshire- sometime it just doesn’t do it justice. Same way with eating a fantastic meal by Chef Val and excellent service by Debbie. I could not praise the meal, the flavor, the presentations enough. We had the chef’s tasting. Not to be missed. I never had rabbit and it was fantastic. Fantastic and unexpected. Saddest thing was not just the end of the meal, but that they had to turn away so many walk-ins while we were there. So in order to keep up the quality- we recommend you get reservations in advance. Enjoy!!!

Simple meal. Great meal. Died and gone to heaven. Chicken with several veggies, mushrooms in a savory broth. The best.

Ate here this evening based on the reviews and was disappointed. I acknowledge that everyone has staffing issues these days, but it is a small dining room, and one hour after our reservation we still did not have our entree. The $13 Caesar salad was very overpriced for the amount of salad you received. About 1 cup of greens. There was never any acknowledgement of how long it took to deliver our food. When we asked for bread in the beginning we were told they don’t give bread, but we could order bread with olives for $13. Really? I asked for bread when the meal came because of how long our food took and they brought it free of charge but never an apology for the wait. My wife ordered steak and it was good but way overpriced at $40 at this type of restaurant. I had the pork chop special and it was just ok. Not much flavor for a brined chop. When it was time for the bill, they place a device on the table and say “here you go.” It was hard to figure out and I had to wind up leaving cash for the tip. Overall a bad experience and we will not be back.
