Amazing dining experience from A-Z. Starting with the bread and honey butter, followed by the ceasar and for entrees, the Chicken Saltimboca and the Bolognese. The chef puts his own flair to each, and they we're absolutely delicious. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and spot on. Ambiance had a great feel inside this small but quaint restaurant.

I absolutely loved my time here, my wife and I went here for our anniversary and it was amazing. We usually do not go our to more expensive resteraunts like this but it was completely worth it. The food was reasonably portioned and tasted delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing, nice and quiet and inviting. Would highly recomend. I got the scallops which were delicious.

Astronomically Phenomenal! Started with the Ginger Cosmo and Ordered the “Chef’s Menu” of which each course, 5 of them, are picked by the chef and a surprise to you AND come with a paired wine! IT WAS FANTASTIC! Chef came out with each course as well, and he is a Gem! Will be back monthly!

This has to be one of the BEST dinner experiences I have ever had. This is a cozy, maybe 10 table, restaurant, that you will want to make a reservation for ahead of time. We arrived at 6 and were seated. After looking over their delish menu, we needed to know what the chefs menu was. This was a 5-course dinner that the chef chooses, with wine pairings! You do not chose / know what is coming out next, but can let them know if you do like fish or lamb and he will mindful of that. I am not a wine drinker so I got a mixed drink (love potion), and wow, it was amazing. It was made perfectly! They started us out with a little teaser of cucumber with salmon, then we got some local made bread and warmed olives/garlic/oil. Then our courses started. This amazing cheese board came out and we picked it clean. Next was a shrimp and pea risotto, followed by hoisin/soy sauce duck wings, a beautifully cooked steak and potato dish, and a fabulously crafted coffee ice cream/ brownie desert. If you werent counting, that is 7 plates, and we sent nothing back! My husband opted for the wine pairing, so I did try them with every meal, and I was shocked that I actually liked them! They were paired so well! Our server was such a delight as well! She was knowledgeable and friendly and rounded out our experience! This dinner took from 6pm-9pm, and we loved it! Being a Sunday, there wasn't much else to do, so we were excited to really make this an experience. We left pleasantly full but not overly full. Portions were done perfectly, and the timing was great! Overall, this was 109$ for my husband and 90$ for me (because I did not do the wine pairing), and it was 110% worth it! Make a reservation and do this!!

They were open on Easter Sunday, and fortunately had a table available for our family of 5. Great food and service! The olives were a revelation. Pate was superb.

Tim and Debbie treated us like family. A quiet night so we got very personal attention. The food is incredible and the people make it all the more wonderful. We'll be back with family/friends.

We chose the Chef's Choice dinner. 5 course meal all paired with a different wine and all chosen by the chef himself. Absolutely amazing, I would highly recommend dining here.

Completely disappointed. Food was very expensive with small portions. Steak was a poor cut that was barely cooked. Salmon was tough, and had a strong fish taste. Gnocchi was good, but the portion was so small it left more to be desired. Bill for two people was $300 before tip. This resturant was 5 star prices with 1 star quality and taste. Bar had minimal stock, with only a few bourbons offered and a minimal wine selection. Service was slow, but that is to be expected on a holiday. Really the only good thing was the live music as it wasnt too overbearing or loud. Will not go again, as many other options locally are way better at a 1/3 of the cost. We left feeling still hungry and just dissatisfied.

We had an amazing meal. Rivals some of the best restaurants we have been to, including Menton in Boston. If you come to Littleton, come to Tim-Bir, you won't regret it. We had the olives with remoulade sauce, the salmon burger and the truffle Mac and cheese with bechamel sauce. All were fabulous and the drinks were great, paired with a Pinot Noir from New Zealand that was austere and perfect for what we had. Kudos.

Our expectations were exceeded. From the friendly service to the deliciously prepared meals Tim-Bir Alley is an experience. The food is incredible and prepared by the chef/owner himself and brought directly to us. It feels very personalized. It’s a small intimate restaurant with only a handful of tables, the perfect place for a quiet meal.
