The best Chinese food in Londonderry which sadly is a low bar. We enjoy the House Fried Rice, Crab Rangoon, most house specialties and the sushi. Avoid any chicken in batter (General Cho, Sesame Chicken) as the meat is often rubbery or tough.

I had ordered sushi for delivery and they have replaced salmon filet with minced salmon. It was very disappointing and did not taste good. Our special occasion was definitely ruined

Must have changed ownership or chefs.
Ordered last night:
Shrimp fried rice. Horrible
Normally deelish
Mushy rice, no flavor
Ordered Shrimp with garlic sauce, no rice
My container had 3/4 rice and a few Shrimp with veg in clear sauce- not garlic sauce and the rice was inedible- so salty.
Awful
Ordered egg rolls-
Specifically asked for mustard for egg rolls which are best I've ever had- No mustard.
The Pad Thai is not Pad Thai. Horrible.
Called they offered credit for new order.
The only thing I'd order again is the egg rolls
What happened Asahi?!

Wow. First of all, two mai tais had us talking jibberish. The pupu platter for 2 satisfied our craving for fried food with plenty leftover to take home and heat up during my late night food craving later. Mom got the house lo mein and I ordered the house pad tai with extra sauce. This was the best Chinese food at an incredible price I've ever had. And the presentation was Michelin worthy. I usually just sit at the bar and get a sushi roll and a mai tai. As fun as that is, dining in was a great choice for my mom and me on a lazt sunday afternoon.

One and done for me. Got our order wrong and served microwaved apps.

We order here regularly and it’s definitely our tradition to get takeout from Asahi for New Years Ever night. So of course we ordered take-out tonight and the wait was very long as it was SUPER busy BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT!! It was like a zoo in there tonight but when we ate our food when we got home, not only was everything all there but it was sooooo delicious!! What a great way to wrap up 2024! Thank you and great job tonight everyone at Asahi ❤️

Went for lunch. They have a large sushi menu and maybe other Asian food choices. Service was good and the food was well made.

Tried Asahi for the first time. Order was ready on time and portions were good sized. I had the chicken lo mein combo dinner and my wife had the General Tso's. Both were very good, we especially like that nothing was greasy and there was no left over grease in the bottom of the containers. The rice was fresh and full of eggs, bean sprouts, veggies and pork. The egg rolls were also yummy. The Crab Rangoon was a little different, not pockets of filling but folded over triangles. The filling was a little on the sweet side but had plenty of bits of Crab. Overall a good first impression, we will return.

My favorite Chinese food place. I always order hibachi when I eat in and I have plenty of favorites when I get takeout. Cass is the best waitress. Love this place. Prices are very reasonable, even better for the quality of food!

Food was very good, however portions were small in comparison to elsewhere locally. Have dined in and gotten takeout, and I can honestly say there was NO atmosphere
