I had a very pleasant experience on January 6th 2026, I wanted a nice breakfast it was about 8:30 am and my waitress Lilly S was very attentive and amazing , everything was just the way I wanted it , she deserves a gold star

Kim, Michael and Theresa are my favorite wait people. Kim goes out of her way to make people feel welcome. She has my beverage ready as soon as I sit down and my order too! They make you feel like a friend who came to visit. The prices have gone up but the taste the same. Their coffee and French toast are my favorite. My only issue is the shop love the items but over stocked , people bump into each other. I wish they had a separate door just for restaurant for those that don't want to shop.

Visited the Derry NH location and enjoyed a wonderful and tasty meal served by a warm and friendly employee. The shopping was fun too.

the food is great but watch your receipts. I was overcharged 40 something dollars and was told they couldn't refund me unless I went to original store where I purchased. that's 3 hours away since I was on vacation. so disappointed

Unfortunately this place USED to be good. Food has gone down. Service is subpar. After seeing the CEO on the news, I or any of my friends or family will no longer go to any of the establishments. Bet better cracker barrel, your customers and employees deserve it

I went to that restaurant for the first time because it was recommended to me. I went alone, the restaurant was almost empty. The waitress took the order, and I saw how people who arrived after me gave them their order and left me waiting for more than 45 minutes. I realized that they did not want to serve me what I ordered, so very politely I canceled the order. Immediately I noticed that they were discriminating against me, I decided to leave in a good manner, just cancel the order, which they surely never made. If they do not like Latino people, do not let us in. And that was it. The discriminatory tone of the service and the poor attention provided were obvious. I hope that at some point this situation

Meals were much smaller than what I was used to. They didn't have what we went there for. Breading fell off country fried steak. Wife's meal wasn't hot

Take out food: Friday fish fry consisted of 4 small pieces of fish, not what I expected at all. Had I been in the restaurant I would have returned it.

This is my last stop to ANY Cracker Barrel. Over the past decade their menu, service, cleanliness & food quality has declined dramatically from their roaring 80s & 90s appeal. This particular restaurant should just close its doors. Our table & chairs never cleaned between guests; service so so slow with not even a refill on water; food FINALLY arrived & it had definitely been sitting waiting on a heat element. Taste was edible. Completely underwhelming experience for the last time.
