I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Domino’s. I called to ask a simple question about an Uber Eats order I placed for over $70. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. I was polite and patient, just looking for details about my order, but she spoke to me with a nasty tone and attitude, refused to provide her name or a manager’s name, and then hung up on me. Completely unacceptable. If this is how Domino’s treats paying customers, I won’t be ordering again.

Don and Kevin are diligently working in the kitchen, taking orders and managing the credit card machines, which may have a glitch. Despite the hot weather, they maintain smiles and offer kind, professional service. They are putting in a tremendous effort, and everything needs to be done efficiently! Someone should find a way to show them appreciation for their hard work.

I placed an order for pick up for the next business day and prepaid over the phone. The person, a young kid, very nice, who took my initial order had to place me on hold several times to ask his boss how to complete a prepaid over the phone order. Finally, we were all set. The day of my pick up order, I called to verify the time and type of pizza I ordered the day prior and got an extremely and unprofessional lady on the phone. Very nasty indeed. Quickly she informed me I had no order and it was completely voided/cancelled out the day prior. Upon hearing this, anyone would not be so happy. I asked what happened and she explained the kid who took my order timed it out at the end of the day because he must’ve thought I was picking it up that night and forgot I said I was picking it up the next business day. No apologies, nothing. I explained that if I did not call to check in on my order just now and went in later in the day to pick up my prepaid scheduled order to only find out that it does not exist, I would not be a very happy customer at all, therefore, I requested what Dominos could do for this inconvenience. The next thing I know she tells me “Oh we aren’t doing anything for you and if you don’t stop being rude to me I will not place a new order at all for you.” Unreal. Long story short, we placed a second order and I successfully was able to pick up my pizza. Will be taking my business elsewhere and be happy to share this extremely unprofessional customer service experience with all my friends and family to not waste their time with a place like this. Word of advice for this horrible lady who answers the phone, if you don’t know how to treat customers the way you would want to be treated I suggest you read up on a book called “Etiquette” and learn solid manners since you need them for proper customer service. Goodluck to the next poor soul who calls and she answers. Run now if you can!

Why offer square cut when you won’t do it. Also can’t even cut a normal pizza, had a nice little triangle slice in the middle
This place sucks I have tried three time to get the free "emergency pizza" only to be charged and offered the employee discount. When asked to speak to a manager I'm told they are not on site

I have been foolish to order dipping sauces multiple times, and NEVER get them! Tonight we had 3. Not 1 received. What is the point of a quality check? This us the 4th time! Shame on me....

Corporate America at its finest! Super rude customer service, got hung up on after being told they don’t deliver to my address, literally 11 minutes door to door. Kids wanted Dominos tonight, but will never happen again, go small, go local!

Regular buyer, always Max-tip *** WAS *** ⚠️ READ ⭐️ REVIEWS - Check your orders before driver leaves - *** Ordered the MEETZA with green peppers & mushrooms. Arrived with NO pepperoni or sausage. Manager stated she made it herself & says there WAS pepperoni & sausage. I guess I'm a liar... Incompetent & dishonest $50 for pizza & chicken; ripoff to begin with. Rude liars. Last time was missing one soda.... Here's the pic for proof. She's obviously working her peak career position. Another boycott for us. Also Drivers NEVER thank for tips, EVER! ?
Garbage. I'd rather spend the extra money and get papa John's. Dominos is just disgusting. I won't buy it again.

I don't think I've ever been so annoyed I've had to leave a review somewhere. I was told my order would be at my house in 15min an 1hr and 45min later I called to get the delivery guy and he says to me yes I went to your house and called you I was outside for a while and I can't be waiting outside all day for you and I eventually have to go back to the shop, I told him he wasn't at the right place he was next door and he never called my phone and just said ok I'll be there shortly he came back out I went to hand him a $100 bill was only looking for $60 back told me he could not accept it and did not have the change I offered to pay with card he then tells me I could not give him the card at my door and he needed to take the food back with him and was sorry, I called the shop only to be put on hold to wait for the gm, so I ordered my food got told basically i was in the wrong for making someone wait outside for me at the wrong address to have my food braught back out to me about 2hra after they said theyd be here onlyto be told that my cash and my cars was no unreal.
