Regular buyer, always Max-tip *** WAS *** ⚠️ READ ⭐️ REVIEWS - Check your orders before driver leaves - *** Ordered the MEETZA with green peppers & mushrooms. Arrived with NO pepperoni or sausage. Manager stated she made it herself & says there WAS pepperoni & sausage. I guess I'm a liar... Incompetent & dishonest $50 for pizza & chicken; ripoff to begin with. Rude liars. Last time was missing one soda.... Here's the pic for proof. She's obviously working her peak career position. Another boycott for us. Also Drivers NEVER thank for tips, EVER! ?

I don't think I've ever been so annoyed I've had to leave a review somewhere. I was told my order would be at my house in 15min an 1hr and 45min later I called to get the delivery guy and he says to me yes I went to your house and called you I was outside for a while and I can't be waiting outside all day for you and I eventually have to go back to the shop, I told him he wasn't at the right place he was next door and he never called my phone and just said ok I'll be there shortly he came back out I went to hand him a $100 bill was only looking for $60 back told me he could not accept it and did not have the change I offered to pay with card he then tells me I could not give him the card at my door and he needed to take the food back with him and was sorry, I called the shop only to be put on hold to wait for the gm, so I ordered my food got told basically i was in the wrong for making someone wait outside for me at the wrong address to have my food braught back out to me about 2hra after they said theyd be here onlyto be told that my cash and my cars was no unreal.

I’ve order 3 separate times and ordered speciality pizzas that had very little toppings. Huge disappointment considering I don’t have an issue when I order from derry location.

I have been foolish to order dipping sauces multiple times, and NEVER get them! Tonight we had 3. Not 1 received. What is the point of a quality check? This us the 4th time! Shame on me....

Leaves my food outside with out a phone call. I call in and they were extremely rude. They hung up on me because they new they were wrong. Absolutely terrible service.
Very happy with the service I received there. I had an issue with an order last week and Liana was there to make everything right. I go most weeks, and appreciate her welcoming and professional demeanor. She greets everyone that comes in the door and makes sure every customer is taken care of in a timely manner. It is a rarity these days to get this kind of customer service.

I generally don't order Domino's Pizza, but I made an on-line order for delivery. The cost of the order came to $41.40. After adding a tip, the total came to $47.40. Long story short, I found both $41.40 and $47.40 were charged to my CC. Mistakes happen. I called the business and spoke to the manager who said that the original charge of $41.40 was made at the time of the order and the tip was added at the end of the night. He assured that the $41.40 charge would be removed within 24 hours. The 24 hours passed and when I checked my CC I found that Domino's in Londonderry charged me $88.80 for a single pizza and order of wings. When I called the second time I was told that the manager wasn't on premises, but he would call. Another 24 hours passed, the total charge remained $88.80 and no one called from the business. Domino's in Londonderry didn't make any attempt to correct the overcharge. I had my CC company file a dispute. It's not the product that I have an issue with. It's the shoddy business practices of Londonderry Domino's.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight. Went to pick up and they said it was going in right now even tho it was supposed to be ready. No problem went outside for 10-15 minutes then went back it to grab and they couldn't find my order. Told me they must of gave to someone else. Lol no it gets better. Waited again and finally gave me my order. Got home...wrong order. Can't make this $&@; up. Stay away!!!! Mike S
