I went here almost every day but then it all went down hill the coffee was terrible and they didn’t dubble toast my egg and cheese rap and there was this mapple syrup on it 0 stars if I could

I went inside dunkins on 9/28 Sunday 10:34am CK 3167 The blond and pink or red hair was so rude to my cousin who is special needs. He just asked her if the coffee she placed out was his? She said I don't know very rudely. They finished my coffee let it sit aside for a minute, the girl and her co worker both laughed about my order. Wh3n she placed my coffee on the pick up mat, Then I told her she was rude to my cousin and told her, her customer service sucks. She laughed and said thanks.

Had to ask the staff if they were going to prepare my food with the dirty gloves they were wearing, to which they seemed dumb founded. That prompted them to change them. Seemed like it was loosely managed won't go back.

What happened to this Dunkins. The coffee rolls have shrunk by 1/4 of there size! The price didn't shrink along with it! Owner please explain? The help cannot following directions they make whatever they want you to have! 2x the order was wrong. I know this owner has opened a couple of stores in londonderry if they all have started scrimping on what we pay top dollar to purchase. Im definitely going to find Dunkins outside of londonderry/ Derry. The coffee rolls even the shape has changed. Owner please explain to everyone

Why doesn't Dunkin Donuts stir your coffee ☕ for you?? I've always wondered that. With the new lids it makes it very difficult to shake you coffee ??

This is my favorite dunkins. Always clean and the manager running the store is a nice guy. Staff is friendly and does their best. Great location as well.

Wouldn't know what any of the food tastes like since I went at 6:55pm (over a hour before closing) and was denied my breakfast sandwich which I had planned on getting with a coffee & donut after a long day. Unacceptable.

Went there in the morning today Friday June 7. Heavy set guy at the window should not be talking to people. No real communication skills. Walks away when you're talking to him. He's the type of person that wouldn't be a main character in the movie "The Purge"
