Wouldn't know what any of the food tastes like since I went at 6:55pm (over a hour before closing) and was denied my breakfast sandwich which I had planned on getting with a coffee & donut after a long day. Unacceptable.

Went there in the morning today Friday June 7. Heavy set guy at the window should not be talking to people. No real communication skills. Walks away when you're talking to him. He's the type of person that wouldn't be a main character in the movie "The Purge"

I only went thru drive thru.The service was very friendly.They were fast and the coffee was made perfectly.
What the hell is this. Second day in a row with this type of cream cheese. The window guy was nice and gave me extra whipped cream on my drink bc he said "it was looking sad"

The worst food you can get at a dunkin. They rush the food due to them thinking they are overwhelmed with people. The bacon is never good and tastes old as well as not properly cooked.The bagels are just as bad because they quickly throw them in the toaster and use the same terrible bacon. They need to try and eat the food themselves to understand how bad it taste. I hate leaving bad reviews, but in order for things to change, they need it.

My wife who was sick lost her voice due to a cold, she was on her way to an urgent care with our 6 year old boy and stopped by this place 5/24/2023 after 6 pm. 3 employees made fun of her for how she was requesting a slushy instead of a Coolatta. If you don’t know the type of day a person is having you don’t make fun. The person at the window not only made fun of her asking for a slushy with what was left of her voice but kept asking to repeat while calling other employees to come listen to what and how she was saying it. When they had enough fun then told her that they were out of Coolattas because of the time. It was 3 young guys that should be reprimanded and retrained. I tried calling to give them a piece of my mind but the number they have online is not even correct.
