I was in there yesterday about 7:30 am and there was this sweet young girl with I think blonde or red ish hair, I had pulled her to the side and asked her to make a new batch of hot coffee because mine tasted weird. She was very polite and did what I had asked almost immediately. She was waiting for the coffee grinder to stop to start it and as she was doing that, the older short woman with black hair started to scream at her and embarrass this poor girl in front of a huge group of people in the lobby, saying how she wasn't doing anything because the lady fell behind on coffees. The older woman then said something like "I'm older than you little girl" to her, Then another girl in the corner started yelling at her too. What an awful morning experience to witness! They both teamed up on her, All because I had asked this girl to make me a new batch and she was doing so. So disappointed in that work environment and how they treated her, I felt terrible for her and immediately apologized to her for making that happen. She looked as if she was ready to burst into tears and told me that it was okay and she was happy to make me a new batch. So thankful for how sweet and compassionate she was, but the other workers need to fix how they treat others.

What the hell is this. Second day in a row with this type of cream cheese. The window guy was nice and gave me extra whipped cream on my drink bc he said "it was looking sad"

The worst food you can get at a dunkin. They rush the food due to them thinking they are overwhelmed with people. The bacon is never good and tastes old as well as not properly cooked.The bagels are just as bad because they quickly throw them in the toaster and use the same terrible bacon. They need to try and eat the food themselves to understand how bad it taste. I hate leaving bad reviews, but in order for things to change, they need it.

My wife who was sick lost her voice due to a cold, she was on her way to an urgent care with our 6 year old boy and stopped by this place 5/24/2023 after 6 pm. 3 employees made fun of her for how she was requesting a slushy instead of a Coolatta. If you don’t know the type of day a person is having you don’t make fun. The person at the window not only made fun of her asking for a slushy with what was left of her voice but kept asking to repeat while calling other employees to come listen to what and how she was saying it. When they had enough fun then told her that they were out of Coolattas because of the time. It was 3 young guys that should be reprimanded and retrained. I tried calling to give them a piece of my mind but the number they have online is not even correct.

It's weird to say this about a dunks, but this particular one is pretty special. I sit here for an hour or two in the morning to do some work a few days a week. I see the busy banter, the downtime banter etc. These people are amazing, even the owners. Friendly, funny, efficient. They all seek to get along very well too and seem to understand the common goal of speed and customer satisfaction. They remember names, faces etc. It's a unique environment here that I feel they are fortunate to have.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. There is always an older women with glasses who is a real jerk. She is never nice and always gives attitude every-time I see her working. Came in for a door dash order and she screamed at me that her boss refuses to let door dash employees come through the drive through and continued to yell at me that I should have known even tho there is nothing stating that on the app. Even when I come in as a customer she always has something rude to say. Half the employees there should be fired including the managers because they are never any help either.
