Dunkin'

The woman named “Chris” who is working this morning and I assume the supervisor as I was told to ask her my question was extremely rude over something so simple. I got a medium coffee but asked for it to be made into a large because whenever I get cold foam in a medium there is literally a tiny layer of it. I offered to pay extra for a large drink, I offered to pay extra for double cold foam, I even asked to dump some of my coffee out to make room for more cold foam lol and nope instead she just flat out told me no I couldn’t get more cold foam in the rudest way. I don’t know what her problem is but she shouldn’t be working with the public. She’s clearly miserable. Then I get my drink and of course barely ANY cold foam, that I PAID for.

The drive thru ladies are the absolute best! This is the only dunks that I go to regularly. Their coffee always tastes fresh.

Ordered a coffee through the drive thru and it came out wrong which happens and I understand. When I went in to get it fixed there were about 6 staff members behind the counter laughing and joking with each other and not one acknowledged me. I stood there for 3-4 minutes while some stuff members came out from behind the counter, walked by me, and sat with someone else at a table before anyone asked what I needed. I got my new coffee and it was still made incorrectly. Very frustrating.

I love DD, but I hate having to wait for 30 minutes for my coffee to cool down so I can drink it, even though I always ask for coffee with ice in it to cool it down. Today I FINALLY got what I ordered!

Sat at drive thru from 315 to 325 to no answer. Drove by window to see the clown "working" just standing there.
