On my way to work I pass 2 DD, a Heavenly and a Honey Dew before I get to this DD. But this is the drive through I come through because Rosa makes my day. Every day without fail, she is courteous, kind and friendly and her smile and pleasant demeanor seem to make all the worries of the day go away for a short time. It's a refreshing break from the reality of an otherwise hectic day.

Arrived early on Saturday morning. Emma was really kind and genuine, which I really appreciate considering that's not the norm at other Dunkin' locations. The food and drink were well made.

I try to avoid this location as much as possible with other much better locations close by.
First off, UNBELIEVABLY slow service during peak hours. If you are in a rush to get to work, it would be faster to go home and make yourself coffee and breakfast instead of stopping here.
The coffee was burnt first thing in the morning. Not sure how that is possible.
Management is focused on taking cigarette breaks during rush hour

Great customer service.. awesome clean restrooms..
Asked for a medium iced coffee with vanilla shot mocha black. It was made with vanilla swirl told the guy at the window he took the coffee out of sight and and just mixed it and gave it back to me. Still with vanilla swirl.

I went in for a coffee today and as I proceeded towards the area where to wait for the coffee I ordered, I saw who I believe to be the manager of the dunkins, breaking prescription pills in half over the area where they serve our coffee to us after she was done she gave them to her son who sits in the store and plays games on his phone and vapes in the store with little care

Stopped at Londonderry location. I will never go back to any Dunkin Donuts. People you put in charge are rude. Completely lacking management skills. To wait 5 minutes. To be ignored. Till I make noise to get there attention. For them to try telling me off. Little children working in public. NEVER WILL BE BACK.
Store was neat and clean. Coffee was made perfectly. Donuts were super soft and fresh. Customer service was excellent very kind and courteous. Store was very neatly organized and clean.

First Dunkin in the USA, nice Boston Kreme donut ($1.76) that’s good I’m going there. Good but the cream inside is not great. Very friendly server.

Offerings are very over-priced. The food always seems not to be fresh and/or not hot. Drinks are OK, but they are way too expensive, and honestly, a large should be a large, not a regular size being given after charging the customer (me) for a large. That is very shady and bad business practice for DD.
