Have a pick up order show up 10 min after it supposed to be ready because I like to give places a little extra time in case they are busy 30 min later im still waiting and all they have ready is the drink meanwhile I watching other ppl coming in an out but they won’t even tell me how much longer an had an attitude when I just tell them to forget it after another 10 min of waiting it was 2 sandwiches it’s not like I ordered a bunch of stuff so it shouldn’t of taken no where near this long

Jersey Mike's in Londonderry NH always gets it right. Service is great and they never make a mistake with my sandwich. Bread is always fresh and everything else is always fresh as well. Great place, great sandwich and awesome staff.

2nd time coming here, Called in an order waited over 15 mins then the employee said it would be a bit longer , there was barely anyone in the restaurant.Food isn’t that great. Definitely have had better. While I waited a woman came in with her dog. … in a restaurant?? Wasn’t a service animal no vest AND she carried him the whole time stood next to where they were keeping food. WILL NOT BE EATING HERE EVER AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!So gross and no employee said anything….Serve safe? OSHA? WTH is going on here?????

I got a large tuna on a gluten free Udi's sub roll. Jersey Mikes is the only place around with GF subs and they have always been a good option, although a bit pricey, I thought it was worth it untill tonight. My sub was soaked through with a crazy amount of vinegar and the biggest problem was the very thin amount of tuna salad. Usually, Jersey Mikes is overly generous with their fillings which also makes the cost a bit more worth it seeing as I typically get two meals out of a large. Tonight there was more lettuce than tuna. I finished the filling with tons of left over, vinegar drenched, hollowed out GF bread and am looking aroung for something else to complete my meal. Will avoid buying hereagain in the future. For 24$ this sub was definitely not worth it.
Dietary restrictions: They do carry Udi's sub rolls which makes them the only place around to get a Gluten Free sub. It is about a 4$ up charge for a large.

It's a tasty sub, but nothing special. Just a chain. Generous portion of extras but for all the advertising the meat is piled high but thin. My wife's order was wrong and she had to ask for the bacon. New England is a tough place for chain sub restaurants; most Mom & Pop stores make a better sub for less money. $32 for 2 half subs, drinks and chips is a bit much.
