It's a tasty sub, but nothing special. Just a chain. Generous portion of extras but for all the advertising the meat is piled high but thin. My wife's order was wrong and she had to ask for the bacon. New England is a tough place for chain sub restaurants; most Mom & Pop stores make a better sub for less money. $32 for 2 half subs, drinks and chips is a bit much.

I love this place! I pretty much schedule my outings to Londonderry around getting Jersey Mike’s. My go-to’s are the #8 Sub Club and the #13 Original Italian. The meat/cheese/toppings/bread ratio is perfect and it always tastes amazing. The staff there is super friendly and attentive, and the store is clean. Using the app is great for convenience and rewards (free sandwiches!). My only wish - and this would be for someone higher up - would be the ability to choose your cheese when you’re customizing on the app. I always have to type in my American cheese substitute and it would be swell if I could just choose that when customizing the other aspects of the sandwich. Other than that, please keep up the great work. You guys are awesome! :)

Jersey Mike's is a wonderful establishment, their workers although many of them are young, are very respectful and kind.Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich is ballerDietary restrictions: Gluten Free bread readily available for any paying customer. They also all change their gloves so no gluten gets on the bread.Parking: There are a ton of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: There are kids meals that come with a cookie, drink and a sub.

We've ordered from this location a few times, and have never been disappointed. Our orders to date have not had any mistakes, and are always ready on time when we arrive to pick it up. The biggest reason for the 5 stars for me is that the toppings are always so fresh. I often order an Italian with everything including hots, hold the onion. There's a lot of pieces to that order that could be missed, but so far not only is it always right, everything is also always fresh. My biggest pet peeve is wilted, brown lettuce on subs. It just ruins the whole sandwich for me, and as of last nights order, it hasn't happened once.

Was a nice little sub shop . People working was nice . I’ve heard so much about them and trying them wasn’t as good as I had expected. For the price of the subs def thought would be better than it was. Made one of our subs wrong and was dry and over cooked. Our cold sub was ok was more meat on one side of the sub. But the food didn’t even come close to the raves I’ve heard about them . Glad others had good experiences though

Ordered online and went to pickup at my estimated time, fully prepared to wait a bit longer just due to it being a busy Saturday. I’m currently at 45 minutes after placing the order. Watching people come in, order and head out with their subs. Was told they are waiting for my hot sub to be made, but the dude at the grill is in absolutely no rush, it seems. I’m good with coming back. The food isn’t that good to justify the wait.
I went and ordered a steak and cheese sub Mike's way and I asked for salami to be add and chopped up and when I got there they did not put it in and they told me that technically they cannot do it and I've gone there before many times and had no problem getting salami added into my steak and cheese sub very disappointed with the condescending attitude of the person that waited on me I thought the customer was always right
