Haven't had KFC in a long time.
Chicken seemed different than I remember. I was wondering if they gave me the crispy instead of the regular? Either way, chicken was very dry and extremely chewy.
I'm assuming wasn't a very busy KFC and maybe the chicken had been sitting around a while.
Whatever the reason chicken wasn't good

When you don’t want to cook and want KFC for once in a long time, so I went and got it at this location and will be my last going to this location, at least at night. Just when I thought, 8 pm won’t be busy, it was packed. I’m sure there weren’t a lot of workers at that point, but I ordered online and still waited another 25 mins to get my food in the store, ended up going to my car to wait. Takeout is not cheap, and I pay to get drinks that aren’t drinkable, no idea what they had going on, chicken was mid, not like the good old KFC at all! Waste of money honestly, and won’t be going back for a long time. Save yourselves the trip. Biscuits and mac and cheese were the only good things out of a $40 meal… Gave the food a 3-4/10. Maybe don’t stay open until 1 am if you are going to put out poor quality food and making customers wait 25-30 mins mins for ‘fast food’.

The manager Natacha Went above and beyond helping us order an offered new products as well. In the order which was very large came out in less than 10 minutes!

Waited for 56 minutes for my order. 5 employees standing around talking, on their phones and not working. It was 9pm, I was the only customer inside and not one car in the driveway though. I was ignored the entire time and left without my order. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

It was terrible service one of the girls yelled at us that they were to busy to take our order and we have to use the kiosk which is whole other problem plus they were out of everything it took about 30 min to get our food

Hands down the worst KFC and Taco Bell in a 20 mile radius. Same story every time so I don't know why I still stop by every once in awhile. They no longer carry Diet Pepsi just Pepsi Zero and even that they're almost always out of. I ended up having to buy another drink that I just threw out because they told me if I didn't get the drink it wouldn't change the price. The biggest thing with this location is every single time you go through the drive up you'll be asked to pull up and they'll bring to me a lot to you. When I was waiting there was three other cars parked near me waiting for their food. Do yourself a favor and skip this location and go to a real KFC or a real Taco Bell somewhere else.

This place sucks I waited 45 minutes in line for to give them my order and then they finally come over I tell them my order and he says I got to wait another 20 minutes to get chicken when I can clearly see two pans of chicken the kind that I want in the cooker where other people were getting chicken if I could give these guys all zeros I would don't go there go to the one on Manchester the one on 2nd Street it's better

Awful Experience, ordered online and still took almost a hour for my food to come out as well as being “out” of certain things (worker stated they had some frozen just didn’t want to cook). Once it finally did, it didn’t have half of what I ordered and had to continuously ask for what was missing. Location is also constantly “out of chicken” which makes no sense

Ordered online , 20 min later it said my order was ready went inside to get it and it wasn't ready. Checked in with the person behind the counter and she said they would get it ready for me and 50 min later I still hadn't received my food but the app said it was delivered and changed my status on the app . Never got my food and asked for a refund but I haven't gotten that yet either . This location was just utter confusion no one new what needed to be done for any of the orders that had been placed . Very disappointing

They can’t count to 5. Given 4 chicken pieces paid for 5. They either can’t count or they ate it! avoid!

Victor at the drive through is the perfect example of what’s called hospitality and great customer service. He cares about his customers not just ordering their food like a machine but delivering a warm welcoming attitude to his customers at his window and show them how much he cares while I’m waiting for the food he brought my order out and double checked if I had the sauces I wanted or the food and went back for the things that were missed. It just went so beyond any other fast food restaurant and other drive through worker which was never happened in the past of my entire life. I truly believe he will be a successful person no matter what his doing in his future careers. I wish this guy the best. Thank you for being such a caring person and a sweet soul that’s what we need nowadays in the world.

Don’t waste your time they don’t actually sell chicken at this KFC. At least they don’t ever have any ready during peak hours oddly enough.
