Everytime I come here no matter the day or time my order is never ever right. Always a long wait. Understaffed. Nobody knows what’s going on.

Employees that work there seem like they could care less about their jobs. Seem to treat the place as a hang out spot as they choose to chat amongst themselves rather than helping the customers in line. We were there to pick up an online order today and 4 employees continued to walk back and forth ignoring us and a dad and his son over and over again. After about 5 minutes I peeked into the Togo order in the bay, luckily it was my order. No name was written on the bag and cups were on the counter so we grabbed two and walked out.
The last time we went we ordered at the drive through, paid and were asked to pull around the corner, im guessing so it looks better to corporate with their alloted time frames. As we pulled around there were 6 other cars waiting for their food!! Food was cold when it came out.

Most discusting food I’ve ever had in my life. The girl was so nice that took my order and did her job but oh my god was the food bad like Genuinly mind boggling how bad only submitting this so you all know before spending money lol. Threw all of it away spent $25

I have come here several times, different days, and different time of day. I always have to try to flag down an employee for my drink cup and the order is incorrect about 60% of the time. Usually the food is alright, typical lack of care fast food. But recently it's been worse. The fiesta potatoes now come blackened and burned, my grilled cheese burrito ungrilled, and a quesadilla with only half cheese. Which is crazy since there is never more than two customers inside and two in the drive through. I've watched employees argue with high school kids about incorrect orders and employees on break swearing/yelling in the lobby.
Not to mention if you go through the drive through they always have you pull around to make their times look better to corporate.
I love Taco Bell, it's my guilty pleasure. But I'm actually going to stop having it because the rotten service, missing food, and badly cooked food.

I ordered a three-piece fried chicken on the bone and I got mashed potatoes and gravy with the biscuit. It was super good and yummy.

Haven't had KFC in a long time. Chicken seemed different than I remember. I was wondering if they gave me the crispy instead of the regular? Either way, chicken was very dry and extremely chewy. I'm assuming wasn't a very busy KFC and maybe the chicken had been sitting around a while. Whatever the reason chicken wasn't good

When you don’t want to cook and want KFC for once in a long time, so I went and got it at this location and will be my last going to this location, at least at night. Just when I thought, 8 pm won’t be busy, it was packed. I’m sure there weren’t a lot of workers at that point, but I ordered online and still waited another 25 mins to get my food in the store, ended up going to my car to wait. Takeout is not cheap, and I pay to get drinks that aren’t drinkable, no idea what they had going on, chicken was mid, not like the good old KFC at all! Waste of money honestly, and won’t be going back for a long time. Save yourselves the trip. Biscuits and mac and cheese were the only good things out of a $40 meal… Gave the food a 3-4/10. Maybe don’t stay open until 1 am if you are going to put out poor quality food and making customers wait 25-30 mins mins for ‘fast food’.

Waited for 56 minutes for my order. 5 employees standing around talking, on their phones and not working. It was 9pm, I was the only customer inside and not one car in the driveway though. I was ignored the entire time and left without my order. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!
