Ordered a standard 3 piece meal. Took 25 minutes to get it. I only got it because I had to confront the cashier and ask where my order was. Soon as I asked them, I had my order immediately so they didnt even pass it on in the first place!
Service was poor as I felt like a bother to the workers.

This is the most poorly managed KFC/Taco Bell I have ever encountered. Always having staffing issues, food issues and let’s not forget the crazy crazy wait times whether you go in or whether you go to the drive-through highly recommend don’t even bother wasting your time coming here because you’re probably gonna be in the line for like 20 minutes at minimum. I’ve been contemplating calling the corporate office to get this place completely revamped because it would be a shame to see this place go under

The fact that it is impossible without putting on your location and giving all your information to get a price on something.Is absolutely ridiculous! This was going to be my place and they ruined it before they had a chance.
The worst kfc/Taco Bell you will go to. Order one simple meal you are waiting 45 minutes. They have you pull forward and wait forever.

I arrived at 6pm waiting for my chicken sandwich and fries(they ran out of fries) received my food at 7:20pm if it’s an staffing issue then don’t open the inside and even then there’s no food coming in and out so what are they doing

I mean… get it together at this location…especially drive thru. What a joke. And what are they doing to their chicken at this location? Undercover boss needs to get on this!

I placed a $45 dollar order through the app today. Arrived to be told that they have no chicken and because I used the app they cannot refund me. The app has no way to request a refund, so I will be disputing the charge and taking any and all actions to ensure my money is returned.
My advice - stay away. If a chicken franchise can't manage to have chicken, they don't deserve to have a franchise.

Ordered online for pickup. Order wasn't ready on time so we waited. Over the course of waiting for 20 minutes none of the employees came up to the register to help any customer waiting. When we tried to get the employees attention to ask when our order would be ready, they all ignored us.
