Not sure how else to add a new review. Loved the old owners. New owners need to update the site since it is no longer relevant and belongs to the last family. Not a good look for you. We loved this place. When it changed hands we stopped ordering, was not good. I think they needed time, as expected. Second time ordering since new owners. Update the site with current info. Let ppl know its under new ownership. Shows better. Its not italian but Indian ownership. With that being said, delicious. Glad I gave it a second chance. We waited ample time. Not greasy, lots of toppings, full of flavor! Amazing. Im glad we tried again. We will be ordering again! We love Suppas but this is equal for sure. So happy!

Everytime I come here food which is like 2-4 times a week sometimes more the workers there r always polite. They r some of the most positive,nice,and understanding people I have had the experience of getting to know. I would recommend Prosciutto's to anyone looking for good food and great people.

I want to say that I did order via Uber Eats and it took so long to actually get it delivered, but I didn’t take stars off as I don’t think this is the restaurant’s fault, I think it was on the app not being able to find a driver, but let this be a warning if you order through Uber Eats.

Admittedly it has been a couple years since I’ve ordered from here and I should have headed the warnings of recent reviews that things have changed under new owners. I ordered my favorite salad, The chicken deluxe, while the chicken tasted the same as it had when I’ve ordered previously it was definitely a little bit chewier, I also used to LOVE the mozzarella that was on the salad and it was missing tonight despite saying it was included, so I was bummed about that. The side soft pita, which was also another huge reason for ordering was stale and covered in a ton of cornmeal, it wasn’t soft and fluffy like I remember.
I also ordered my daughter an Italian sub and the picture showed it with lettuce and veggies and when I ordered there was no option to add or takeaway veggies or even what condiments we wanted so I figured it came as pictured, which may have been my mistake because it only came with meat and cheese, it was dry, no mayo or oil. It was definitely a disappointment when it arrived. I recommend updating description of sandwiches or having your ordering system include further options so customers can ensure they are getting everything they are hoping for. (Edited to say on their website when ordering there are options to choose other ingredients, really learning my lesson about ordering via outside party, however maybe this can help Prosciutto’s in updating the other ordering platforms or just be aware that this is the case for customers)

Overall bummed about the whole experience. Definitely won’t order through Uber Eats again, but maybe an in person experience would be better.

First time ordering here after new ownership. Ordered a large steak and cheese Calzone, it was very soggy / undercooked and was also very small 1/10 Would not recommend. chicken tenders and fries were pretty good But not as good as the previous owners.

Used to love this place. Not from New Hampshire but always come here when we visit family and this will be the last time. Waited over an hour for a sub that was bland and nothing social and a pizza that I was told “was in the oven” 3 times, apparently the pizza was in the oven an hour? No expert but seems like it would be pretty burnt. As many people have stated and now I’m echoing, new owners are terrible

A long time local favorite of ours. Recently went in and discovered new staff and im guessing new owners .hats off to them as they delivered delicious food and great service .the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was just as its always been .fresh and delicious. Keep up the great work..

North Shore roast beef has finally arrived to Londonderry! Weve been in Londerry for 10 years. We grew up in MA and have tried some of the best north shore beefs. This is right up there. Great work and glad u all bought the place. We will be back.

With the new ownership the food has changed drastically. I used to get the Cesar salads, but the chicken is now grey and a lot of seasonings. The peta bread has been so undercooked every time I’ve thrown it away. I’ve stopped going.

Tried Prosciutto’s Pizza (door dash order) for the first time tonight and I’m extremely impressed! Our order was prepped in just 15 minutes and delivered within 10 — unbelievably fast, but the quality is absolutely there.

The One Topping Large Pizza was superb — great flavor, perfect crust. The chicken finger sandwich was made exactly the way I asked, and the onion rings and fries deserve 10 stars on their own. Everything we ordered was fresh, hot, and delicious.

The only small downside has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but with DoorDash. I love when restaurants use their own delivery people because you can usually track the order and communicate directly. Hopefully that becomes an option in the future!

Overall, Prosciutto’s is fantastic — fast, friendly, and the food is excellent. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

Places a pick up order yet they still send the order out in a delivery car with no address to bring it too. They could not even read the order that this was a pick up order. My mistake trying this plac never again
