employee are not polite or nice. I was eating in the lobby with my 9 year old while she did some remote school as we are in the area for appt. one the staff went on brake sat near use. he played videos on his cell of jail inmates and gangs abouts violence and drug trades I asked him to turn it down he smirks and turns his head.
