Worst McDonald's in the area. Like seriously, why park every car in the drive through waiting spots on a Thursday afternoon. What takes so long to cook a batch of nuggets and fries. Edited to add, still waiting. Called to inquire why the long wait. Informed only 4 people working. Meanwhile 4 different employees bringing orders out, 2 at the front counter and an additional 3 people working drive through. At time of posting this review 33 minutes have passed for a mcchicken meal.

The good... Admittedly, the fries were some of the best McDonald's fries I have had in a long time. They were perfectly hot and salted correctly.
The bad...It took over 10 minutes to have our order taken in the drive-thru. Then, when we arrived at the window, it was wrong (although we said nothing because we just wanted our food).
The ugly... My quarter pounder with cheese had a huge blob of mayonnaise on it. Like seriously, why? My wife's Big Mac was made like this from top to bottom: Bun, mustard, a small portion of Big Mac sauce, way too many pickles, bun, two pieces of meat, bun. I haven't worked at McDonalds in over 25 years, but I'm sure that's not how you make a Big Mac. My diet Coke became a root beer, and my wife's became a flat, watery Coke. The milk with the Happy Meal we ordered never materialized.
I know it was 9pm when we went, but this was ridiculous. I'm 100 percent confident we would have had better service and a more correct order from a raccoon on meth.
Bottom line: If you want some delicious fries, this location is a must. If you want anything else resembling a delicious McDonalds meal, you should keep driving towards Manchester.

Ordered two shakes at the drivethrough, was told the shake machine was broken, but i think that they just didn't want to make my order. Then proceeded to wait in the drivethrough line for about 20 minutes for NOTHING.
Just waited in the drive through for over a half hour. Ended up going inside to use the bathroom and waited indoors for my drive through food and no one was working the counter. Another woman asked for help at the counter and was ignored. Decided to just accept I wasn’t getting my food and left.

Ordered 3 biscuit breakfast sandwiches and hash browns, sandwiches were hard as a rock and non edible! This was around breakfast time 8-8:30 am, hash browns were very greasy and also non edible! All this garbage at a cost of $26 you guys need to learn to do better much better! Breakfast used to be awesome but now it's not fit for animals!

It is too noisy in there they have kids that look like they're not even old enough behind the cash register One time we went near the kid looked like he was only 10 years old behind the cash register . So what I'm doing is contacting the labor board due to what I've seen to make sure everything is going legally.

This location keeps getting worse. About 5 years ago this location was my favorite but in recent years the quality of service is terrible. No matter if you order a single burger or a cup of coffee they always ask you to pull up to a reserved spot. Some times these reserved spots are all taken. You then proceed to wait, and wait, and wait and wait, until someone knocks on your window always with the wrong order. The average wait time can often be 15 to 20 minutes. One time I waited 25 minutes, I went into the restaurant to see what the issue was and they forgot to make my order. Lastly it seems that they always forget the dipping sauce and straws. I hope this place gets back to how it was once run. And please just get rid of those reserved spaces, it’s fast food not wait in my vehicle for 25 minutes food.
