Awful! ! Bunch of young kids on their phones who don’t want to work. After waiting 20 minutes and the kid saying we can’t find your order i showed him my receipts. His response “ oh we can make that” I hope so it was a plain double cheese burger. Step it up management!!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I always get pulled to the spots EVERY time I order from drive thru. Never takes any less than 20 minutes to get my food. Even for coffees or just nuggets. Waited for my grinch meal for almost 35 minutes and the guy just shoved all my food into a small kids meal box. All the food was cold and he put my burger sideways in the box so it all spilled out.

Ordered a large ice coffee, they gave it to me not even shaken up . I ordered a mobile order ( thinking it would be ready for pick up in the drive thru by the time I got there ) nope had to go wait in a spot which I then waited 15 minutes just for them to completely forget about my order. The woman working the drive thru was super rude & yelling how she had to get a coffee order out. The poor guy trying to deliver food in the parking lot was slipping everywhere because of all the ice and snow that wasn’t even plowed. All in all, crappy experience. I’ll stick to the derry location

Food took over 20 minutes for 6 chicken nuggets, one McCrispy, and apple pie on a random Monday evening. I wouldn't have reviewed, if it wasn't for the UNRELENTING Christmas music playing the entire time, which made the wait feel so much worse. Not even one normal song to break it up. It's not even Halloween yet!! Whoever decided on the playlist, go get a psychological evaluation. The employees looked like they wanted to die, which I would too if I had to hear that playlist my whole shift.

I did mobile order curbside pickup got there waited 30 minutes then went inside where my food was sitting on a counter where it had been a while i asked the kid behined counter why I'm waiting 30 mins and he said he was waiting for some one to bring it out the food was for my kids it was cold the hash browns mushy not cooked and missing the hot cakes kids didn't eat and I'm out 30 dollars great job!
