This is the best mead I have ever had in my life! It is worth every penny! They also make hard cider that is fantastic!! The tastings are fun and informative! We've only been to the Londonderry location but are looking forward to going to their farm and experiencing all that has to offer! We've gifted these meads and our gifts have been very well received! The staff have always been fun, kind, informative, and helpful! The Londonderry location tour was great! The huge vats (is that what they are called?) are impressive! The outdoor seating was amble, even though it is right there in the parking lot. I am excited to go to the farm and see how the ambiance is there! We love these meads and hard cider! I always say they are like fresh fruit in a bottle!

I always have great experiences with meaderies and whenever I sit down to write a review for one I always give it high marks. Moonlight Meadery is no exception to this at all and the mead we had with them was excellent. The mead Steve and I had was the Kurt's Apple Pie. As the name implies it was apple oriented and despite that it didn't taste much like a cider. It was mead all the way which made it all the more fabulous. Strong and boozy this mead was great to sit down, unwind and really get into it's flavor features with.

I had three bottles of Utopian mead that I had purchased for $100+ each over the years. I opened them up for my new years party, and all three bottles had gone bad. They had synthetic corks but I still stored them in a box on their sides. It was a complete disaster and a total waste of money. Really disappointed because I used to be a member of their exclusive club, "Lunar Society", and had spent several thousand dollars there over the years.

Well this rest has very upscale prices but very down scale food and service. I could write at least 10 terrible things about our visit. It was at 4:30 and no excuse for the cold food. Poor service, terrible $45 meat and all sides aka Carte, although not listed as such on menu? A huge bakers rack w/ French fries right at the entry way? The chef did apologize but so many things wrong. Mussels with shells get a saucer for shells and we had to ask for steak knives, spoons for coffee and dessert served with soup spoons. Actually from 2 desserts on menu , only one was available. It was such a disappointment at a really HIGH price Will never return

Except for service and view our meals were very disappointing.Except to try the pizza, which we noticed a lot were ordering, we probably won't be back. Our meals were below par. There were 4 of us, all of us ordered differently. Way to expensive for below par meals. $39 steak tip dinner: 5 tips, an eighth of a small cabbage and soggy fries. We believe all the fries were pre cooked and warmed. $30 shredded chicken, no flavor and soggy fries. German salad, which was sent back, delivered cold with a lousy dressing. German potato salad should be served warm. Appetizer truffle flavor fries had very little, if any, truffle flavor. A salad with added steak tips only had 4 pieces of steak.$22 burger was disappointing and roll burnt. You saw fries on shelves in the hallway entrance. It disturbed my friend, walking past the kitchen to hear the chef ordering someone to get water. We really hoped for good meals, in pleasing surroundings, since we live close and would love a quality restaurant near. Maybe just a bad night?

We loved our meal at over the moon! My husband and I both agreed that the salad dressing on the farmstead salad was the best we've ever had! We'd also never had mead before and enjoyed it very much!

This is a diamond in the rough. Definitely a destination location to sit and drink unique drinks and indulge in exceptional food while taking in a truly beautiful view of the area mountains and valleys. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. The executive chef even visited us to welcome us and discuss the menu. We enjoyed our first tastes of meads during the meal and ended up staying for an additional round in the tasting room after leaving the restaurant section. Highly recommend Over the Moon Farmstead.

This was my husband and I's, first experience coming to Over the Moon. We had heard a lot of great things about it. I was celebrating my 70th birthday and made sure that it was put in to our online reservation when it was made. After drinks were delivered, and we were ready to order, the server made us aware that we could not get any dinners on the menu, as they were shorthanded in the kitchen. We totally understand the shortage of help these days, but it would've been nice if they had connected with us and told us that ahead of time. We ended up ordering the mozzarella pizza, which was a little heavy on the mozzarella, and not quite as crispy as I like, but it was very good. This was to be our appetizer. After our second round of drinks, we never saw our server, Amber, again. Well, let me take that back she was bartending. There was a couple seated at the bar, and it seemed most of her attention was put on them chitchatting away. We were seated directly behind the couple, by the window. She most definitely could see us, which makes me wonder why she never came back to check on us for additional food or drinks. After a fair amount of time, I got up and approached her at the bar and asked her for our tab. She simply said “OK, I'll bring it to you in a minute”, and went back to talking to the couple at the bar. When she finally brought us our tab, she just placed it on the table, never asking us how the food was or any apologies for never getting back to us. I have to say, it was the Server, who made the dinner experience the worst experience I've ever had a restaurant. Adding to that, not being made aware of the limited menu until we went to order, compounded things. Will we come back again? It might be awhile. I hate judging our overall experience on one bad server. My husband and I both owned a restaurant for 20 years, and if we knew a table had a bad experience, we would attempt to right the wrong in someway.

Such a wonderful place with a magnificent view! Everyone was so accommodating and the food was very good. Didn't expect such good food at a brewery! Hubby and I had a wonderful evening and will definitely return.

This place is beautiful and peaceful on its own, but then add a gorgeous building, beautiful outside and inside seating, delicious fresh food and friendly, efficient service! We didn't want to leave. See you soon!

Overall experience was great. Courteous wait staff. I think we went on a bad night though as they were a little overwhelmed in the kitchen. Good came out in a fairly reasonable time, but it wasn't as great as I was hoping it would be. Willing to give them another try. The waitress we had was very nice and apologized, as we had to send our drinks back because they we very bitter, they ran out of simple syrup. They views were great while we ate dinner on the deck at sunset!

Might have gone at the wrong time but the outdoor view was nice. Our waitress was great but the kitchen seemed to be losing it and everything was delayed. We were patient because we understand how tough the industry is but everything was falling apart it seemed. The kitchen was arguing and the wait staff seemed overwhelmed. Food was not worth the price but still tasty. Probably would have been better earlier in the evening since our reservation was delayed by 45 mins. Probably won't go back anytime soon by would give it a try someday.

Beautiful lunch overlooking the hills and valleys of the area. Our party of 5 enjoyed delicious cocktails, some great mead, and a few assorted beers. The burgers and toppings were interesting and yummy. I'll be adding beans to my portebello burger from now on. And of course the view is AMAZING!

This is my first time eating at Over the Moon. I can simply say--"It was outstanding. The chicken sandwich was extremely tasty and delicious. The beer in which was made there was great. The views of the valley and mountains made lunch is better. It is worth the trip.
