Ordered online. Should have been ready for 5:10 pm. Arrived and was told it would be a few minutes. Only three people working. Grill guy was new. Had to wait another 35 minutes before I got my food. They had to thaw the turkey for my turkey club. My pizza had been done for a while and was luck warm and not very good when I got home at 6pm. My wife called me worried as to what was taking me so long. Guess they were short staffed maybe someone called out but someone else should have been there.

Came here to eat a few slices with my wife after food shopping. Was literally the dirtiest dining room I've seen in awhile. Looked like a tornado came thru. No napkins in any dispenser. All the tables were dirty, seats too. The checkout counter had crumbs of the bottom of pizza and grease. There were two girls talking in the back on their phones while a long haired guy was hustling around doing the work of 4 ppl. Cooking, sweeping and cashier. The girls were obnoxiously loud and giggling while the other guy was grinding away. It was frustrating to watch.

Papa Gino's is the real MVP of pizza joints. Their pizzas are rounder than a UFO sighting, the breadsticks are like crunchy wands of joy, and the fries? Crispy goodness! Plus, the staff serves up smiles warmer than a pizza oven. It's my happy place for deliciousness and friendly vibes!
