The food was decent the service was horrible. I came here with my husband and upon walking in we were not greeted by anyone. We stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before my husband had to stop one of the waitresses and ask if we seat ourselves or what. By then there were no booths left so we had no choice but to sit at the counter. During this time 3 other couples of a different race were seated and greeted within seconds of walking in. No biggie I don’t mind the counter. We sat down and were offered no menus/utensils. Sat for another 10 minutes just watching them stand there sip out their Stanley cups chit chatting before I took it upon myself to get up and grab menus from the other counter. A few minutes later a couple came in and sat where I had taken the menus from and the woman who told us to sit at the counter but did not provide us with menus (the chubby one in all black), went and got them menus from behind the counter. They ordered their food and it came out before we even got to order our drinks. Horrible. Like I said the food was decent. Nothing spectacular you can’t really mess up a burger/fries or pasta meal. I had to add lots of salt and pepper to my pasta to fully enjoy it bc there was a little puddle of water under the pasta making the sauce runny/less flavorful. The ice cream on the brownie sundae was icy not as creamy, but the dessert was better than the food itself. For a $60 bill I expected more from the service. Our waitress was pleasant though and seemed to be doing her best with her workload she kept apologizing for it taking so long and was the only one with a lasting smile. I would also like to add that I’m not sure if our waitress was in training as to why they operate this way, however she seemed to be doing WAY more than the other 3 girls combined. We sat and observed and the chubby girl in the black only cleared plates (not all of them only the ones from the counter she was standing in front of the majority of the time, not the booths) and seated/greeted guests (besides us that is), the shorter one in purple only filled drinks and ice at the machine, the older lady in green only ran orders for the booths on the right side of the diner and made coffee. But our waitress seemed to be taking orders at the booths and the counter, running food on the right side of the diner, refilling drinks, cashing out checks, double checking her customers if they needed anything, and communicating with the cooks in the back. Not cool. Idk if that’s how they train or if they just rotate duties each shift and she got the short end of the stick. Our least favorite was the chubby shorter girl in the black with the ponytail. She didn’t crack one smile and had horrible customer service, also seemed lazy doing the bare minimum. Didn’t get any names from the waitresses but she was the only heavy set younger one who I overheard only works the later shifts. Our experience probably would have been better if it wasn’t for her.

I'm a truck driver who visited this resturant at the truck stop after paying for parking.. once I entered the dinner I stood there with my girlfriend for at least 15 minutes being completely ignored while waiting to be seated and once seated we waited a good 5 minutes for the menu and didn't recieve it to the point that we had to grab our own menus after watching all the workers pass by us and serve other walk in customers immediately.. the store owners where very nice but the service by the staff was so horrible it felt border line racist as we where the only black couple in the store and I'm not the guy to throw the "racial" card out there but there was absolutely no excuse for the horrible service and waiting to be greeted, seated and handed menus for the amount of time it took along with grabbing our own menus at the high top dinning area after watching other people immediately get seated and greated while being handed there menu and asked for their drinks.

After seeing the photos in the online ordering section, I was expecting horrible food. The service was quick when we went to pick it up, and the food was ready 10 minutes before it said. The food was way better than the photos, and the fried pickles were absolutely delicious. Definetely recommend

Today was my first time in this diner and I will definitely be going back. Everything was good from the moment I walked in to the time I left. I had the Cajun shrimp with vegetables on a bed of yellow rice and that was hot fresh and delicious. The chef did an excellent job and then my desserts which was referred to me by my server Crystal was so delicious!! I don’t remember the name of the dessert but below this review, you’ll see some pictures of it I would definitely recommend dinner to anyone. Thanks a lot Crystal your service was very great!!????

What terrible service. I am angry and disappointed with how bad of service I had. It was awful. Pure and utter hate I felt against me. I was respectful and nothing but polite but was treated with anger and hostility.

Love this location. Easy to get to and decent diner food. Chicken fingers were delicious. Pies are really delicious here. My daughter had a brownie Sunday and it was fantastic.
Kid-friendliness: Great spot for kids. Crayons. Kids menu.

Food was great service was great. 2 people in the group ended up with switched food that they didn't realize until after one had already started eating but they came right away and fixed the error. It was still pretty quick.

The Red Arrow always has the best burgers anywhere, and their 5-alarm Chili is awesome. I and my family have never had anything but extremely tasty foods. It is a favorite with the entire family.
