Super frustrating…I feel like their “nitro cold brew machine” is the modern day ice cream machine at McDonald’s. More often than not it’s out of service

Almost every time i come to this location my order is wrong. Not only that but WHYY do they NEVER fill my coffee to the top!? thats the most frustrating thing; the coffee is expensive so i expect it to be filled. Also whenever i order a drink with whip cream they never put it and if they do- they fill my cup HALF of the size then add whip cream. 90% of the time i order door dash so i cant even fix it . this place is terrible.
Also- STOP putting cold foam on my lattes when I do not order it. This place is insane.

Worst experience ever and I didn’t even enter the store. I went to get out of MY FRIENDS CAR. Mind you the store was busy. Everyone’s was parked so horribly and crammed, so as I exited MY FRIENDS CAR, I barely touched the woman’s car next to me. She angrily got out and I helped her look for a scratch if I made any. We both assessed, and there was no marks made. I then apologized and walked away thinking it was fine. Afterwards, she then aggressively opened her door to hit MY FRIENDS CAR. My friend was not the one that caused this incident and I felt terrible. To add on, she works at Starbucks. She has curly black hair and wears glasses. Can’t believe something like this would happen. I’m still in high-school and handled this situation more professionally than an adult. Thankfully there were no scratches on my friend’s car, but just make sure not to “bump someone’s car”
( mind you I didn’t even make a scratch)…especially a worker at Starbucks. Will not be going back!!! Im under an anonymous name to protect my safety, so please take this seriously.

I usually order ahead on the Starbucks app to save time, but this location is consistently slow no matter how early I place my order. Even when the app says my drink is ready, I still end up waiting a long time in the drive-thru area. The staff is friendly, but the wait times are really frustrating and make the mobile order feature feel pointless. Hoping they can improve efficiency because the drinks themselves are great.

The baristas at this location are so upbeat and friendly! Despite how crazy busy it is they are clearly working hard and fast. My drinks are always perfect.

This location can't seem to get the speaker situation figured out. The music is always too loud and distorted and it's not that hard to turn it down to fix the tuning. It's at a level that just makes it unpleasant (base level distorting the speaker output) to be in the location.

We stopped in the Londonderry Starbucks. The girl at the counter took the order for the person ahead of us. We then waited over 5 minutes without anyone taking our order. (4 people working) We ended up walking out without ordering. Unable to rate service since there was none.

My daughter and I came in through the drive-thru on our way home from Cheer practice. Elora took care of us and made our entire evening. We were the only one in the Drive-Thru so we got to chat for a minute and she was personable, friendly and thoughtful and I'm so grateful she was working this evening! Thanks girl I hope to see you soon :)
