This location can't seem to get the speaker situation figured out. The music is always too loud and distorted and it's not that hard to turn it down to fix the tuning. It's at a level that just makes it unpleasant (base level distorting the speaker output) to be in the location.

We stopped in the Londonderry Starbucks. The girl at the counter took the order for the person ahead of us. We then waited over 5 minutes without anyone taking our order. (4 people working) We ended up walking out without ordering. Unable to rate service since there was none.

My daughter and I came in through the drive-thru on our way home from Cheer practice. Elora took care of us and made our entire evening. We were the only one in the Drive-Thru so we got to chat for a minute and she was personable, friendly and thoughtful and I'm so grateful she was working this evening! Had a $5 gift card given for free. Went I bought a caffe latte. It was bad
waited in line for over 25 minutes and then when I got to the front of the line, which there wasn’t even that many cars in front of me, they hadn’t had my drink made. The girl literally said OK I’m gonna go make that now and then when she gave it to me, it was made wrong and tasted like water when I got a strawberry açai refresher. I’ve never had a drink taste worse from a Starbucks and it’s insane that I had to wait almost 30 minutes to receive that.

I enjoy a good cup of hot chocolate. If you do too, don't come to this Starbucks. I'm guessing they're told to only put one pump of choco mix in the cup to save money.. I ordered a venti and received a venti cup of warm milk. Hardly any chocolate flavor. Not cool for $5.49
Parking: Small but effective parking lot. This is not a large Starbucks.

Everytime I go here my coffee does not taste how it does at every other Starbucks. Today I went in and ordered a shaken espresso with caramel cold foam and caramel drizzle. There was no caramel drizzle. I asked the barista if she could put the caramel drizzle on and I got such an attitude charge for this caramel drizzle they didn’t she was so rude about it Gave me an attitude telling me to take off the cover and then put a little on there and just walked away and rolled her eyes. Definitely will not be going back there.
