I arrived at this facility for my loading appointment at 3:30 PM, but I was held here until 11:00 PM. The staff told me this was “normal,” which is completely unacceptable. Drivers are left waiting for hours with no parking available, no proper accommodations, and no respect for our time.
On top of that, the office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman at the front desk was openly disrespectful, and the supervisor was no better. The overall attitude toward drivers here is shocking and completely unprofessional.
No company should treat drivers this way. If you value your time, professionalism, and basic respect, I strongly advise avoiding this location.

After read all of the previous bad reviews, now I am confirming all the reviews are correct. I arrived at 8pm to checkin for my 8:30pm pickup appointment, the shipper said the products are not ready and they could not load me today or anytime soon. My delivery appt is next day at 10am, now there is no way I can make it to the receiver on time, so I had to call the broker and cancelled the load. This place could make you lost a load and wasting time and fuel to get here.

So last time I came here It was ok , but second time the appointment was at 11 pm and I checked in at 7 pm so they said we have other trucks we will call u , called me at 9:30 i got the door , there was unhooked trailer at the door I called they come around again I was ok with it , them got the door waited waited till 1:30 am and they said we can't load u today will do in the morning shift , I said ok , they loaded me in the morning, the guy tvan Lugo asked me shud I write he check out time I said no its ok I'm ok with it then I sent a message to broker that I m loaded and he said get the check out time singed from Lugo guy to sign it and he said I just asked u in a rude way like I asked him his kidney , my point is I had to wait overnight for u to load me and u guys get all riled up if someone asks u a second request to sign something
