I've been here exactly 12 hours. A little over an hour and a half to get a door and the rest of the time at the door. I just now got my paperwork, but they haven't released my trailer from the door for some reason. The yogurt must be incredible because they definitely aren't making it on personality. *Very* rude staff. No driver parking. These guys go on my "no service" list. They should go on yours, too.Update: I went back. The broker will try to get you to arrive super early on the th basis that he has some super special broker juice and you'll be taken in and docked immediately. When I confirmed this with the warehouse, I was told this is false; don't buy it. They're still going to send you to the truck stop to wait. Good luck getting parked anywhere close. I was warned against parking on the street in the no-parking zone. They said that local police had ramped up enforcement. Park there at your own risk.The unload times have improved somewhat, though it was still six hours. The attitudes of the workers is better by leaps and bounds.I'm still not a fan, but I'll come back here again.

I see all the comments about the lady at the front desk and what have learned that some people lives are just miserable and you have to let them be and I try my best to not let someone who sits behind a desk all day mess my day up so I have 5 stars because I wasn’t there long and plenty of room to back up and getting out was a piece of cake

Just called in to their consumer relations department and what a DISAPPOINTMENT!Have been a loyal consumer of their baby and toddler yogurts for now 8 grandchildren.Even prefaced the call today saying this fact!however the lack of responsibility of their consumer team member was pathetic and disappointing.We gave our 15 month old grandson a baby 4 oz cup of yogurt and dated 8/26/23 immediately noticed an excessive amount of liquid on the surface. Of the product.I opened another 4 oz cup and same thing.Upon explaining this to their employees she immediately brushed me off stating it was whey that likely product was "mishandled" in shipping transit to my local grocery. No apologies no offer to replace product, NO ASKING FOR DIGITAL PRINTED PRODUCT NUMBERS TO FURTHER INVESIGATE...Shocking especially most vulnerable (babies and toddlers are consuming their products!!In my opinion, this was careless.Will look at other wholesome baby organic yogurt.Their consumer relations Dept DOES NOT CARE

These big name associations wouldn’t be around if it wasn’t for them getting money behind the closed doors.
