Do you guys ever get an order right or ever keep an employee? Extra sweet onion sauce does not mean a dry-ass sub with extra onions and no sauce. Every time I order from this location my sub is disgusting. We never want it toasted, last time they still toasted it and my wife's was hard as a rock. Filed a complaint and they never responded but marked it as complete.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience today. I ordered a sandwich and found not one, not two, but SIX long, dark hairs in it. As someone who's worked in the food industry, I understand that mistakes happen, but this was beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, I tried calling the store multiple times to address the issue, but no one answered. Seriously disappointed and won't be returning. Very frustrating and threw my sandwich away.

I bought a $ 15.00 sub Tuesday and when I got home the bread was like a damb brick ! Wth !!! I will never ever ever never ever go to another subway ever again ! Subway us the worse kind of sandwich you could ever purchase ! They need to close all Subway's down for good ! AWEFUL! JUST AWEFUL!!!!

One of the worst I've ever experienced. On December 20th 2024 around 8:00 p.m. I went there to order a sub. Instantly, I had a bad feeling when I saw the kid coming out from the back. His head was down, looking miserable. Anyone can tell that he did not want to be there. But instead of putting his misery aside, he had to reflect it on the customers. Hardly talked, was pulling his pants with the same gloves he used to make the sandwich. The bread was undercooked, very doughy. He rolled the sandwich so hard that you could see his fingerprints on the bread. They don't even use oregano claiming that it's too expensive. But I guess it's not expensive paying $13 for a veggie sub!!! As if that was not enough, halfway eating the sub I found a small black hair in it. I got so disgusted so I threw the sandwich out. It was the straw that broke the camel's back. I will never go back. I heard that The employees and the other location by five guys in Derry use the excuse that the oven is not working so they don't have to make subs and work hard. I can get a better and more decent sub at market basket for less than half the price. Thanks

Do not order from here, and check your credit card statements after you do. Never received mobile order, they closed early, still charged. Tried calling, never answered or called me back. This company tries to steal from people.

I respect the franchise but The employee with the purple hair should be fired for her treatment, for being so rude, for her lack of respect, she yelled at me, she doesn't know how to treated customers… definitely that person has to be fired, the one with purple hair…

Despite having veggie patty on the sign, they didn’t have it at this location. I ordered it, the employee started to prepare it, and then said he hadn’t seen it since he started working there and where I saw it on the sign. Ended up leaving because I’m vegetarian.
The young girl on shift, was very nice and pleasant, a waited a tad bit but did not mind because customer service was amazing. she made my sandwich with love, as it tasted wonderful. the restaurant was very clean, smelt good, and organized. food area was cleaned as well. I would 110% come back to this location. ty for the amazing food, and customer service. the young lady on duty deserves a raise.

I tried calling ahead but couldn't get through, when I got there only one girl was making the food, and there were about three other people in the place. I couldn't believe how fast she was, my orders were completed in no time at all, and the girl was so nice. It was my first time at this subway and I would go back, because the sub was really good.

I ordered the foot long Philly steak, I got home and I noticed there were hardly any steak, cheese and the green peppers and onions..will not be back!
