Managment is absolute trash, specifically Gerri Speidel! I’ll never eat their gross slimy meat again. What an actual disgusting excuse of a “sandwich shop”! Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star but customers need to be aware of this!

This is directed to Kathy Forbes . What you neglected to say is that parking is posted Customer parking only. It means Subway customer parking not Twin Smoke shop parking. So your car was towed because it was illegally parked. And any car that is illegally parked is going to be towed . So that 400.00 fee is all on you .

I went to this subway this morning just to use the bathroom, and the change my daughter and this very rude old woman says you can’t use the bathroom it’s for customers only I told her I am a customer I just have to use the bathroom and she said it’s for paying customers only you have to use the gas station bathroom when I knew they didn’t have a changing table. It’s downright stupid and annoying to send people away like that just because there not going to buy something but want to use the bathroom this is ridiculous and stupid

Had a philly 6"sub. It was really good ?! My son liked his food too. Whatever he wanted to drink they didn't have. Seems to be a common thing in this neck of the woods. Restaurants advertise things on the menu they don't have. Other than that the food was great.

The manager/woman who works the morning/early afternoons is awesome. She does a great job and not once has messed up our orders. However whoever works the evening shift constantly messes up every single order we have ever made so that’s pretty annoying. What’s the point of having an app to make ordering online easier if they only mess up the food anyway.

Thank you for having Chris on your team. My wife andd I stopped by after doing some late shopping at the Mall. At 9:00 PM at night, we did not expect that, as busy as it was, we would be greeted by a very inteeligent smile and professional manner as Chris asked, "what would you like?" Chris not only was focused on us, but also everything going on around him. Based on the interaction of Chris and his co-worker, whom I am guessing was fairly new and seemed to be looking to Chris for Direction in the art of sandwich making. Chris, unflinchingly proceeded to assist his teammate, while seemlessly continued the process of attending to customer a most natural and comfortable manner. Hats of to you Chris! I have been a consultant and process trainer across the US and Canada for nearly 3 decades. I look for people, talent like you on a daily basis. Subway, please take the time to observe and assess this person, they have leadership qualities. And in the glimpse of time I spent with and around Chris, he is respectful, responsible and passionate about his work. Great job Chris. Never thought I would write a review for someone at Subway, but I wanted Subway and everyone else to know about you and that Subway employs people like yourself, quality people, people with great character. Chris, I wish you great success!

This was a take out order, so no issue with the "Atmosphere" most impressed with how clean the single worker behind the counter was.He changed gloves when we walked up to the counter, and prepared the "footlong" exactly as we asked.As a vegetarian this is very important to us as cross contamination is an issue in many dine in and take out Locations.A+ for this visit.

I want to highlight that my review is heavily based on service. I went to this subway yesterday with my mom and the man that helped us was named Jacob. There were two other employees working and they weren’t doing anything, but Jacob was so helpful, kind, and smiled the whole time even while being ignored when he requested that the two other employees grab him something from the back. I’m hoping this reaches Jacob so he knows how good of a job he did. He deserves so much more appreciation than he probably receives. Thank you Jacob!!!
