Everytime I used to go there it was always a wait. Even was told I'll be right with you in the drive thru and waited 10 mins. Then said hello and was told they weren't taking orders thru the drive thru. Will never go back again.

Waited about half an hour for food to find out they gave it to a different person. Went inside to get food items that were missing when we did finally get our order to find a shoeless child playing in the kitchen with one of the two employees that were working.

The wait times here are insane and there’s always something wrong. You’ll pull up and they’ll be like, “yeah the roof caved in,” it’s crazy. Then you’ll wait 30 minutes for a taco. It’s the only Taco Bell KFC in the area and it’s either severely understaffed or mismanaged. I feel bad for the workers because they probably have to deal with a lot of crap. Whoever is overseeing this place either needs help or needs a new job. I mean the foods good, but you have to camp out all night to get it. They also never get my order wrong which is a plus.

Went into pick something up and no one would come to the register. They just acted as if there were no customers around. You would think a manager or someone would get control of their staff.

I waited nearly an hour to pick up a doordash order (which I made a whopping $5 from). Service was incredibly slow despite there being hardly any customers, and no one was manning the register 90% of the time. Employees would walk by ignoring people waiting to place their order. After the first 20-25 minutes of waiting, they figured out that the person who took the order never entered it in the system.

I don’t normally leave reviews — good or bad — but this Taco Bell has finally pushed me to my limit. I’ve been coming here on and off for the past year, and I can confidently say this is the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever encountered. Every single visit is an absolute disaster in terms of wait time, and tonight was the final straw.
Let me start by saying it is not an exaggeration when I say I regularly wait upwards of an hour in line — even when there are only one or two cars ahead of me. I’ll pull up to the drive-thru, place a simple order, and like clockwork, I’m told to “pull around to the front” to wait. From there, I’m left sitting in my car for another 30+ minutes. For what? A couple tacos and a quesadilla? If I wanted to spend 90 minutes waiting for food, I would go to an actual Mexican restaurant and enjoy fresh food and a better experience.
Tonight, hoping to finally bypass this nightmare, I decided to order through DoorDash thinking it might save me time. I was very wrong. Two hours later, I’m still sitting here starving. I’ve had three different drivers try to pick up my food and not one has been able to get it — the store still hasn’t made my order. Let me repeat that: two hours, three different drivers, and they still haven’t made a simple quesadilla.
This isn’t a one-off situation. It happens every single time. It’s clear the staff here either doesn’t care or is completely overwhelmed and mismanaged. I’ve worked in fast food before, and I know it can get busy, but this is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. The level of inefficiency is truly baffling.
There’s absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care. No apology. No explanation. Just a long, frustrating wait for cold, subpar food (when it eventually shows up). And honestly, half the time, the order isn’t even right.
Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This Taco Bell is a black hole for your time, your patience, and your appetite.

Last time, I was ordering at the counter while a group of employees, were gathered sitting in the lobby, talking very loudly, as another girl cried. This place is not professional at all, to say the least.
