I mean it's essentially what 99% of people are saying, been here multiple times every time there is a massive wait in the drive thru. Every time they tell you to pull around because they are trying to hit their metrics on the drive thru. This time I pulled around and there were 5 cars already pulled around the side waiting. People are literally having to block the fire lane because the other side is already blocked by waiting cars. I get that this place is still here because it's the only one around, but I seriously wonder how long even that will keep them in business.

The service here is a constant issue. Every time we try the drive thru there is a wait, never receive food at the window. We have to park and wait. They mess the order up and you then have to go on to have it corrected and be questioned. Tonight was the last straw. An HOUR wait for Taco Bell. This is supposed to be fast food and this establishment lacks that.

This place is always so slow, but I can deal with that. This time it was just ridiculous. The food is good, but it’s not Fast food and definitely not worth it. After waiting for 25 minutes for my takeout I asked someone to check on my order. She never came back. Then when I came up to the register to ask again, I saw the worker take pictures of my order on her phone. As I was explained 35 mins into waiting for my order, someone in the kitchen accidentally deleted my order, but they are working on it right now. They asked me and 2 other customers to be patient, because the woman in the kitchen works on 3 orders at the same time. Excuse me, it’s not my fault that you’re severely understaffed. How come people that came after me and had smaller orders, as well as drive through orders left well before I did? Only one person apologized and they never tried to even offer a free drink or anything else to make up for the wait. 45 minutes on a Thursday night wasted. Will not be coming back here.
Ordered 6 crunchy taco supremes and paid. Got home to find 6 crunchy tacos and no receipt.

Hands down the worst KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to. It used to be good 5-7 years ago but it has been in death spiral for a long time. You can never go to the drive through and get your food at the window. You ALWAYS have to pull around and wait for your food. We went last week and we were told they had NO chicken available. They said they were just breading it and it would be a 20-25 minute wait. 7 or 8 other parties waiting too. The word chicken is in your name. How can you have none ready? The also removed all the menu boards behind the register and you cannot order from a human. Kiosk only. This location should just close.

Store continues to be the best place you could possibly bring your BOH staff on a field trip to show them how not to work.
Staff is perfectly friendly, but highly inefficient and move like molasses. Blue haired girl often stands in the drive thru window with inactive hands/ hands in pockets. If you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean, or possibly find a less demanding industry.
Staff also spends more time often joking around and chitchatting than they do being productive during busy times, theres no sense of urgency.
If you are a doordasher, do yourself a favor and REJECT any offers that come from this location. The wait time in store alone will kill your productivity and income.

I have been waiting 45 minutes (and counting) for my food. We ordered quickly and paid, then got parked - the fact that they don’t warn about wait times is insane. Do not come.
