Worst experience ever Stumble Inn. First of all I will never set foot in this establishment ever again. We were there to see a band. The place is small so we got there early to get a good seat. We had an appetizer, dinner and yes drinks, mind you watered down beer. I asked for water when we first got there and never got water. Our first waitress suggested getting a beer bucket, I thought cool totally get it so they are not running all the time. Our waitress got off her shift and Brendan was our waiter. We ordered a second bucket within a 5 hour period (5 beers in a bucket). At 9:00 we were told we could no longer be served. No problem and we got our check. I left a 20 percent tip. We listened to the band, minded our own business, we were not loud or belligerent in anyway. Now after 2 hours of not having any drinks we went to the bar and ordered 2 beers with cash. The band was done playing and we were standing in a corner talking to a friend. Brendan came over and told us he had to take our drinks because we were "Shut Off" I told him we had not had a drink in 2 hours. He said it didn't matter and ripped my drink forcefully out of my hand. I told him I wanted my money back and he said "come to the bar" I didn't bother. Keep my $10.00 its not worth my time arguing with stupid. We ended up leaving, he ruined my night. Thanks for the fabulous experience Brendan! Places like this should not be open till 1:00am (we left at 11:30). If they are going to pick on sober customers, how about paying attention to your customers who are ordering shots from your huge shot list plastered on the wall. Or furthermore serving people who reek of marijuana and serve them alcohol, smart!! For some reason we had a red dot on our foreheads and Brendan had something against us. Bravo Brendan way to go!! I will never, ever, ever set foot in this place ever again!!!

Terrible customer service. Food came out 20 plus minutes after we ordered, ice cold. Complained to management. "Brandon" decided to take off the $2.50 worth of wings we bought. Paying that much for food and it comin out ice cold and not even offering a bigger discount or a refire is terrible customer service/management skills.
