Wendys is by far the best fast food stop. However, each one is different. This particular one had non-rude employees but also not courteous. The food was BAD. Cold, stale and chewy seasoned potatoes was the biggest issue. This is easily fixed but we may be in a different generation where courtesy is not common or expected anymore. I will continue to go to the Epsom NH one as this one is traditionally the best all around.

Asked for spicy nuggets everytime and they just put regular nuggets everytime don’t even say anything about it also got it plain burgers put everything on it like really how you gonna get a real job if you can’t even read instructions!

The customer service here is always bad. I placed my order on the mobile app, so to have bad customer service is actually impressive at this point. I'm not sure what the drama was today, but the lady with the yellow bandaid on her finger was unpleasant. The food was also a reflection of whatever is going on in there today.

I’ve never been to an establishment that has literally shamed me as I’m trying to order. I don’t know when the lazy worker ethic became so bad that they would rather lose money than make a decent size order… but wow. How rude to make someone feel bad when they are literally about to give you money. Hire someone who wants to work and earn money. I will not be returning to such a lazy, judgmental food service again. Bring your money elsewhere. I’m not some giant person, I am fit, I just wanted some nuggets.

Holy shit the level tard at this place is unbelievable ordered cheese burgers they forgot the cheese an handed me my drink with the covet full of sprite so it spilt everywhere who tf getting soda on the cover to the point it can spill everyone here need to go get their a GED because this is pathetic

We waited almost 15 minutes for our order to be taken. The staff was overwhelmed with drive thru and mobile orders so the inside dining customers got the result of that. Stop taking orders or close the dining room if you can't keep up.
The Thursday mid-morning crew at Wendy's is the best! One might say they are angels and heroes! Also I enjoy the Jr. Cheeseburger
