Went today and ordered a sandwich which was very good. When I got up to retrieve my order, I accidentally knocked over my soda and spilled it on the table and the floor. One of the gentlemen working there immediately came over to give me a hand with cleaning it up and kindly gave me a new bottle of soda. He was under no obligation to do that, but he did. I was very impressed by the professionalism at this location.

Unfortunately my family and I will not be coming back. I had ordered a Greek wrap which is my usual go to, and then suffered through a night of vomiting and discomfort, whereas this had never happened before. It makes me question how fresh the food really is, and if proper preparation is being practiced. It is a shame as this is one of my favorite sandwich spots.

Second time getting sick after eating here. Was more sick this time since getting a salad the day before. I didn’t see an adult working there when I picked the food up. I tried not to judge but the way wife and I are feeing today confirms most likely unsafe food practices. Won’t be going back.
Every time I go here it's a pleasure. Food is always great and fresh, the employees are welcoming, I wish I lived closer to go here more often.

Let me start by saying, I have not been here since the Wrap Shack days. There's a throwback for you! I thought the menu and over all experience would be similar, and boy was I pleasantly wrong.This is a completely different business, and the menu reflects that 100%! Plenty of unique wrap options, as well as pressed sandwiches, bulky rolls, and much more.I was greeted as soon as we walked in by the young lady working the register. This establishment, though small, was clean to the brim, and had seating for maybe 14-20 people.Each sandwich comes with the famous Wrap City chips which are seasoned to perfection. A little salty, a little sweet, with a crisp crunch.I got the Rumania. Corned beef, pastrami, coles slaw, Russian dressing, and swiss on marbled rye. The sand which was perfectly balanced, and not one ingredient overpowered the other.The corned beef was real and chunky. Not that processed deli stuff.Wrap City, you have won yourself a new customer and I can't wait to explore the rest of what you have to offer!
