Not your traditional hot pot restaurant. There was lack of dipping sauces and condiments including no hoisin sauce and no scallions. They also don’t give you separate utensils like tongs for the raw meats which wasn’t fresh and still very frozen when it came to the table. But the appetizers were delicious especially the curry puffs. We will return but probably only for the Thai food.

Fantastic Service, Fresh Veggies and the most Delicious Broth and Sauces!!!! We got: the spicy Miso but got it mild at our wonderful waitress recommendation and WOW talk about Yummy! the spicy broth this one was packed with flavor and it will definitely clear your airways! delightfully pleasant! We also got the chicken broth for our 6 year old and he loved it.
The Service was top notch, our waitress was right on top of everything had great recommendations and answered all our silly questions. She definitely made sure that everything was five stars!!!! Go to this place. You will not regret it!!!!

Food is great. Sometimes the food is served frozen which is harder to estimate cooking time. I like one of the three dipping sauces offered. Would be great if they offered more dipping sauce choices but over all wonderful. I have been there 5 times in the last 4 months.

This was our third time trying a hot pot restaurant and this was amazing. I got the spiciest broth and my husband had the spicy tom yum broth! The spicy broth is not for the faint of heart and really is quite deliciously spicy! The service was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The dining area was very clean and had plenty of instructions on how to eat hot pot, which is really helpful for first-timers. We will be back!!

Staff ignored me when asking for or about something, they gave us what looked like rotten slimy beef. Mushrooms were inedible no matter how long they cooked, just a stringy mess. ignored me when I asked it the total was correct on the check. Walked out without eating 90% of the food and nobody asked if there was a problem. No manager, nothing. I want my money back.

My partner and I love hot pot, so we decided to go to one for our 10 year anniversary. He decided to have us try zapp. It was good sized portions, but at the expense of quality… Unfortunately the meat was not very good.. we had the beef and the “nicer” beef. Neither were very delicious. It was too think, tough, and just not appetizing (I promise we didn’t over cook.) The veggies were fine. The spicy broth was good. The sauces were also good.
Servers were kind, attentive, and lovely. This place just needs for up their quality of product and it would be better.
The atmosphere is a little crowded and office-like.
We enjoyed our time here! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The meat, veggies and mushrooms were good quality. However, I think the Spicy Miso broth could have been more flavorful. The sauces were good, but I would've liked a side of chili crisp, garlic and green onions to spice it up a bit. Soy sauce for the table would've been nice too. Overall, it was worth the trip though! Thank you all.

Went here with my friend to celebrate both our upcoming birthdays. The food was way out of my comfort zone. I usually am picky with trying new things but MAN! Am I soooo glad I did. This place was so amazing. The experience, the flavors, the atmosphere. The waitress was very kind and did her job well. We forgot to order something and it came out in one second of us ordering. A cook came out and offered us more broth. It was just so cool. Highly recommend!!

The food was very good, but wish I had known some of the portions were so large, we could have shared more. I loved the rice noodles, the steak and the vegetable platter. The scallops were fresh, but cooked up to be a bit rubbery. I guess I prefer them baked or sauteed. The employees were very helpful. Kind of pricey for a well garnished ramen soup.
