Good… not great. Super expensive for what it is. Fairly basic salads and sandwiches for prices that are at least 50% higher than what they should be. Casual atmosphere. Average service. (Sandwiches around $18/19). We will choose an alternative restaurant next time.
Our food and server were both terrific. However, we requested to sit outside and the hostess placed us at a fire table. We asked of we could move to a table, there were 2 open and she refused.Mind you there are no reservations for this place and we were next in line. Strange, and our sweet server had to apologize and inform us of the hostess' decision since the hostess who decided just walked away without letting us know.
Atmosphere is casual country. The fish (haddock) and chips were excellent. My GF had the chicken pot pie which I had had pre pandemic and was excellent, and it was disappointing. Too much tyme and shredded chicken made for an un savory and underwhelming dish. We were offered a free dessert as compensation, which was nice but, the recipe needs to be reworked.
