The interior of this store was great and so were the employees, keep in mind it’s a small town store so the food is expensive but the sandwich I had was fresh and tasty. I rarely write negative reviews and I really don’t want to harm someone’s livelihood which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of 1. I spent 20 dollars here and sat outside at a picnic table on Saturday before going on a hiking trip with friends. We were in the parking lot for possibly a half hour before...
An old-time Country Store like I remember as a kid. Had a delicious turkey sandwich you can tell it was made with love. They have all the basic necessities in case you missed something at the grocery store. Was in town for a doctor's appointment, and I can't wait to return !
My husband and I stopped here for lunch. We picked up some sandwiches at the country store and they were delicious! I had the roast beef and cheddar, lettuce tomato and onion, which came with an herbed mayo on a sub roll. My husband had roast beef with sauerkraut on sliced sandwich bread. They were so fresh and good - generous amounts of beef too.
We sat at a table on the town green and it felt like a slice of life from a gentler time.
