The pizza was good but the dining experience not so much. We saw 900 Degrees advertised in the Hippo and in the ad, it showed Happy hour, and gave the times for Happy Hour. We planned our visit accordingly. We were greeted by the host at the front door who asked if we wanted to sit at the bar or at a table. We opted for a table. When our server came, we ordered our beverages while deciding our dinner choice. Our drinks came and my wife just happened to ask/confirm that it was Happy Hour. Our server informed us that the Happy Hour prices were only if we were seated at the bar! The host should have told us this when he asked where we wanted to sit. We certainly would have chosen the bar. Then when we were placing our pizza order, we each wanted a different pizza so we ordered 2 small pizzas from the menu. We were told that the small pizzas were only available if we were seated at the bar!!! This did not say this on the menu. What difference does it make where we were seated on what size pizza we could get? Overall 900 Degrees has a serious lack of communication between them and their customers. As good as their pizza is, we probably won't go back.

Crowded, loud. Pricey menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter the outside. Tight on indoor quarters.

The pizza tastes fine but the large pizza is quite small. And for the price it isn't worth it imo. Mediocre at best.

Watch your bills everyone! Went there for happy hour last night and sat at the bar and the personal size pizzas during happy hour 3 to 6 PM are 7.95 but was charged 12.95 for each personal size pizza when they advertise 7.95 and it’s been 7.95 for a long time - that’s almost double price. one thing to note also they took away all of their promoting menus off the bar listing the happy hour deals and they’re just trying to raise it without telling anybody poor poor poor business! This is about the fifth time this year we have had an issue with being overcharged on our bill. to boot they still advertise for their loyalty rewards program online and they no longer except it. Pricilla you emailed me stating the loyalty program was done and my loyalty card was taken away the visit after your email by your bar staff. They should update their website with all these items they’re changing so people know about it prior to going to their restaurant. Every single time there is a problem like this you always blame it on updating your POS system!

I thought the Tuesday night hostess was very rude. We weren’t greeted with a “hello” or a “thanks for coming in,” we were simply told that the kitchen was backed up so they weren’t seating more people. We drove up from Nashua and were willing to sit and be patient for a pizza (and I told her so) but she essentially turned us away and was very snarky about it, reminding us they close at 9. We frequent 900 a lot and are aware of what time they close, but have seen many a night where staff are working until 9:30 and some visitors sit in their booths until 9:45 with no issue, just saying. I love this place but the front of house service leaves a lot to be desired.

Feel bad for the front of the restaurant. Kitchen got so far behind they had to hold everyone up. I called in 2 pizzas at 530 didn’t get them
Till 645 after being told 40 minutes. Worst part is the crust was unbearable. I’ve had jerkey that was easier to chew through. Wild, ordering fresh pie and the crust making my jaw tired trying to eat it.

Came in this evening with my family for dinner. My girlfriend, who has a gluten allergy shared a pizza with her daughter. They ordered the gluten free crust and notified the wait staff that this is an allergy and not just some sensitivity. About 1 to 2 hours later my girlfriend is in severe pain, vomiting, knowing this is a reaction to gluten and knowing this came from your restaurant. This is unacceptable, your practices for health and safety for ALL your customers need to go beyond offering a gluten free crust. Educate your staff and do better. Anyone that has a gluten allergy, stay clear of this place because you cant trust that they'll do the correct thing.
