Applebee's Grill + Bar

We arrived this evening at 3:50pm and were not even seated for 15 minutes - we were made to wait in the doorway with several other couples. They finally seated us and we sat at the table for another 12 minutes with various employees just ignoring us, serving people around us, including the couple that was behind us. We were there for a quick meal but wasted almost a half hour before we walked out and went down the street where we have received exemplary service. They have lost us as a new customer.

Update: Although I was promised a reply from the restaurant in 4 days, no one has ever bothered to contact me to discuss our experience.

Terrible food wouldn't recommend $50 for dry food

Best bacon cheeseburger and fries I've had in a while. Very tasty.

I was in the area and there was the Really Big Meal Deal that I took advantage of. The Big Cluckin' Crispy Chicken 🐔 Sandwich 🥪 was good but fell apart while I was eating. I had unsweetened iced tea for my drink.
Service was great and the inside looks good 👍. The bathroom was in good shape. I was underneath a speaker 🔊 but the music was not loud.
If you like Applebee's, I recommend this one!

Parking: They are located at Second Street Shoppes which has a huge parking 🅿️ lot for all of the businesses. Several spots in front of Applebee's are reserved for Carside To Go.

If I could rate lower I would! Customer service sucked, food was as expected, the atmosphere could have been better if my mood hadn’t been so altered by the hostess. Our server could not have been less interested in serving us and the hostess who seated us was rude and disrespectful to the elderly in our group. she sat 7 of us at a table for six squishing us in and making it difficult for people to get in and out to use the restroom. Please in the future consider the mobility issues that elderly people can sometimes encounter before shoving them into a booth for 6 when there are 7 guests. Overall… we won’t be back, we will take a chance on someone else.

I usually try to avoid writing bad reviews, but man, this place frustrates me. I've had a server so rude that I just don't eat in here anymore. Most recently I ordered car side to go. I love about 2 minutes away so I show up basically immediately so my fries won't get soggy. I sit in the car waiting...... And waiting. Eventually it's 8 minutes past my pick up time, and they aren't busy, so I go in. Give them my name and they immediately come out with my food. That's not a good sign. The fries were just soggy wet sticks of room temperature sadness. I opted for a refund rather than waiting again. I was going to just grab McDonald's, but then it dawned on me, I don't want McDonald's. Of course while I was waiting, anything that I would want was now closed. So I'm just going to go to bed hungry. I'm a being dramatic? A little. Could I eat some fast food? I mean I could, but I don't want to, or I would have saved 20+ minutes and gone for that from the start. The last time, I ordered here, they also messed my order up, but it was salvageable so I just dealt with it, but yeah, I won't go back for a while and I wouldn't recommend this particular location these days.

They were really short staffed so it took a long time to sit, staff wasn't really sure how to handle the wait at the door, it was just not really organized. Not usual for this place.

Worst applebees I have ever been too. We stayed at the comfort inn across the street and figured it would be a perfect spot to chill and hang out. Worst idea ever. First night we showed up was around 7pm. We went to check in and the hostess had no idea how to figure out how to get people to sit at a table. Told us it would be about 10 minutes needless to stay it took a little over 30 minutes because she kept getting confused about who showed up. Maybe take a name when people check in like all the other applebees or hand out numbers? It's not really that hard. After seating food was good and came out quick because half the tables were empty.
The next night after my wife's graduation we went for night drinks at roughly 10pm. Didn't really have a issue other then the bartender was all over the place and couldn't figure out what drinks were for who and same with the food.
The main problem was the third night, our last night. We arrived and sat down at the bar again, roughly the same time as the night before. We sat down ordered our drinks and had a nice chat with the bartender Krista, telling her the enjoyment of the hotel we were staying at with the pool. While enjoying our food and drink we started chit chatting with some people across the bar. Enjoying in how they had their niece graduate from SNHU and how my wife just graduated as well. While talking with them the bartender, Krista, came up and told us the manager, Delia, who refuses to wear a name tag because she is "above that", told us we were being too loud and to stop swearing. My wife took this personal because she never swears and the party we were talking to was not spoken too. A few minutes later as my wife addressed Krista about the issue she told us how they "over served a regular from Nassua and they ended up in a accident and died." During the discussion my wife started tearing up because mind you we've each only had 1 drink and she felt like she was being singled out. Delia came up and started speaking to my wife, telling her applebees has a policy where if someone enters and starts speaking louder then they entered that they need to be spoken too. When I asked her if anyone complained about my wife she said no. She was singled out and we were forced out of there and we really have no clue why. I will be calling applebees customer service and will be complaining about this franchise. I guess if your not a regular here they'll force you out, and if you are you can get as drunk as you want so you kill yourself on your way home. It's disgusting that they let this happen. Mind you we have a hotel and would never do something as reckless and where we come from we wouldn't expect out local applebees to allow something like that. Sounds like management needs to be changed as Delia expressed to us she's been there for years and can do whatever she wants.

My stepfather was visiting and wanted to go to grab a burger somewhere. I saw some better yelp reviews at other places, but instead decided to choose this place cause it was close to the highway.
Arrived around 4:30 5 o’clock there was plenty of seating
It was clean the atmosphere wasn’t too loud
The server was very attentive and fast
Three of us ordered the quesadilla burger, being a little carb conscious And the other was just your classic burger
I can’t rave enough about the quesadilla burger. It was definitely cooked medium rare which is which I ordered perfectly. The flavors were on point. The quesadilla itself was not soggy due to the burger grease. I was very impressed. I will recommend that quesadilla burger.

It's a shame i can't leave less than 1 star review...We were in Friday Oct 11th had extremely terrible service as the manager on duty was beyond rude and refused to serve us food and drinks as well as 2 more additional orders to go because we were laughing with an older couple who's son just got married (amazing people might i add) we covered their bill and left the waiter a very large tip also very unfortunate that could have been alot of income that one evening for your business!
But from one business owner to another I would filter out some bad employees!

Service was horrible. Ordered online for pickup and they forgot half my order. Had to go back and get the rest. Food was nasty. Fries tasted like they were 3 days old. So disgusting. Burger was bone cold. The salad was completely wilted.chicken fingers were dry and couldn’t even them. Pasta was gross and veggies looked old and gross. Worst AppleBees I’ve ever been to.
