Went there today for national pretzel day with our little girl. My wife was home with our 4 month old and the mobile ordering wasn't working. The employee told me they were having issues with the app. My wife sent me the QR code and the employee said it is only one free pretzel per person. I looked at her and said ok this pretzel is for my little girl (2 year old) who is right next to me. She proceeded to say she doesn't count as a person and isn't holding the phone to scan the code. I said here you go she's holding it now and scanned it. The employee said unfortunately we aren't going to do that and she doesn't count! Is Auntie Ann's looking for a discrimination lawsuit? This just blew my mind and she made it so complicated. All I wanted and expected is for them to honor the fact that they knew the mobile app wasn't working and to take the code. This is completely wrong, illegal and plain idiotic! The manager said just give it to him. Smarten up with how you train your employees and what not to say to customers!

Food was burnt and the customer service was awful not friendly at all. It top with 3 unburnt bites but the rest was burnt. Would not go again.

No wonder why this place will end up closing like the rest of them. Asked the lady what time they open. She responded 12. So we walked around the mall and came back at 12 and waited. Then the lady snapped at us and said "she is the only one working and she still has to bake all these things before she can help anyone. She stated it would take another 15 minutes before whe could open. Making it seem as if we were rushing her. There was a bunch of finished pretzels ready to serve. Only wanted one. Would have taken a minute to grab one and ring it up. Whatever so i guess they don't open till after 12:15 and the lady seems grouchy, mean and does not want to be there.. Thanks anyways.

I’m a regular to the food court here, so I’m familiar with some of the staff and they’ve always been kind to me! I appreciate the work they do, however, that does not void the other reviews! They always seem to be out of the pretzel dogs and other items, so if that’s a downer to you then it may not be worth it to go out of your way to go here.To a person who comes and goes, I’ve heard from plenty of people how they find the employees rude but again, as a frequenter, I’m fine with the quick and simple service (:

If the pretzel dogs go so fast why don’t you put more effort into making those? Every time I come by there are dozens of the regular pretzels available and the pretzel dogs are gone, a bunch of people walk away because of that, including me. Bad franchise you have here

Came here today at 10:58am the guy that was up front says "we aren't open" I asked when they open he said "11:00" so I took my 4year old and walked around a little came back at 11:09 and was told my one of the girls that they aren't open I asked again so what time do you open? And she say "not sure 10-15min" Normally I would just walk away but I drove 45min because I promised my 4year old I would take her here today. I get we all are short staffed everywhere but there were 3people there and for them to be super rude is not okay. Stop hiring just anyone because clearly these people don't like being here.

apparently 30 minutes isn't long enough to make a pretzel, as i was told when i tried to order one a half hour before they closed "sorry, we close in half an hour" and all i could purchase was the already made pretzel bites which were sitting out under the heat lamps

It was terrible. We got pretzel bucket and it was not fresh. I’m disappointed because I always get. Also, the worker was so rude. I repeated my order four times and she pretended like not understand me.
