In short: 3.5 stars, about as middle of the road as you can get for a diner. Decent bang for your buck, friendly waitresses, middling food and not great coffee.

Parking was a little crowded on a Saturday morning since it shares the plaza with several other businesses. I walked in and was quickly greeted and told to sit at whatever free table I want. Everything was clean and put together. A waitress whose name I didnt catch was quick to bring me a coffee and a large OJ. Overall, she seemed very friendly, but a little in a rush. No extra conversation from her. The food came out pretty quickly as well!

Paid $30 for coffee, OJ, their 2 egg meal (2 eggs, bacon, hash browns, english muffin) and a huge pancake. Everything needed a good amount of salt, and the pancake was pretty dry. The eggs were very good though! No part of the food was bad, but it didn't blow me away with anything. The coffee was below average even for a diner. I probably wouldn't get it if I go again. I was in and out in about 45 minutes to an hour? Overall, Bagg Lunch is a perfectly average to good place for breakfast!

Food is delicious, comfort food exceptionally prepared and always served with a smile. This is a true hidden gem and I could eat there everyday except Monday when they are closed. I love that they now post their specials so I can order early before the specials are gone and they are often. Unfortunately they are only open until 2pm but would love to see what they would have on a dinner menu. I just love this place and it's only a block from my home! Yay!

Have visited many times.
Their service is always great.

I personally love their tuna sandwiches. Perfect amount of mayo.✌️

They also make great onion rings and patty melt is yummy!

It is definitely Canadian French inspired here; they make tortier (meat pies) which I know quite well growing up with my Memere’s pies.🥰

We are locals and have eaten there many times over the years. Today we shared the fried shrimp and clams with onion rings. Always a generous portion. Have you changed your method of coating before deep frying? It just doesn't seem the same. The coating was very thick, almost like fritter batter. We have had the fried seafood and onion rings before and we don't ever remember them being like that, but the batter was a bit too much.

I’m rooting for this place. I don’t mind eating here either and I find myself wishing that I could rank it higher. It’s just 3 star-worthy. I’d love to rank it better to help this diner (which appears to have a large kitchen) but I’m offering an unbiased opinion here it just leaves room for better. Serving generous food portions doesn’t necessarily equal better quality food. I’ve never left hungry. The staff are pleasant enough but the experience is simply average with the food slightly edging out only because of my first time in. So for now it’s inconsistent for me to rate higher. My first time eating there was my best experience but since then I’ve been 4 for more times since. Lacks a bit of life.

Late breakfast on last Sunday. They were closing at noon, I got there at 11.
Simple breakfast, prepared well and tasted good. Coffee there when you needed it. Place is consistant.
