I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Ice cream tastes expired, employees being treated like trash in front of customers, flies everywhere, poor customer service from management, etc. Overall just a toxic environment with passive aggressive behavior from the owner and management.

Everybody behind the counter is so nice. Wonderful with kids. It's super tiny with only 2 small tables inside. There is two larger benches outside. Plenty of choices! Plus waffle cones. They ALSO have ice cream cakes. Shirts etc. WE went after our granddaughters school concert. They were so happy to see a bunch of kids there.

We ordered ice cream last night on DoorDash from this location and it was delicious. You can tell the difference between the fresh ice cream and the ice cream bought in the store.
The plush cow and bracelet is for my toddler. We love our little souvenirs. Our plush cow is special needs but he has character and it just makes him extra special. We will take good care of him.

Ben and Jerry's catered our wedding October 6, 2024. The staff was amazing, kind and friendly. The manager, Lee, I worked with prior had great communication through the months leading up to the event, and was a hit for our wedding! Everyone loved all of the choices and having ice cream instead of regular cake. We would recommend Ben and Jerry's to cater anyone's event, of any kind! They were great!
