We ordered ice cream last night on DoorDash from this location and it was delicious. You can tell the difference between the fresh ice cream and the ice cream bought in the store.
The plush cow and bracelet is for my toddler. We love our little souvenirs. Our plush cow is special needs but he has character and it just makes him extra special. We will take good care of him.

Ben and Jerry's catered our wedding October 6, 2024. The staff was amazing, kind and friendly. The manager, Lee, I worked with prior had great communication through the months leading up to the event, and was a hit for our wedding! Everyone loved all of the choices and having ice cream instead of regular cake. We would recommend Ben and Jerry's to cater anyone's event, of any kind! They were great!

Oh my gosh Ben & Jerry's ice cream is very good and I would love to go ba k for my birthday next year
I know they’re a chain but I love have having a Ben & Jerry’s in down town Manchester. They always have 3 non dairy ice cream flavors available at the counter and even more in the fridge. They are open 7 days , the staff is always friendly and the shop is always clean .

I’ve been going to Ben and Jerry for years. Today I received the worst service and what I saw being done behind the counter was terrible. I know there young kids working, but someone needs to teach them the basics of being sanitary. I just saw a young lady taking icecream out of a box and pulling the icecream to her shirt and putting it into the cup. She did it not only once but three times!! My daughter has a peanut allergy, and I know it’s hard with it being an icecream shop, but rubbing the icecream on your shirt? It was absolutely disgusting and extremely unsanitary. She needs to be spoken to and retrained. This was all done through the side window.

Pretty disappointed with the ice cream cake I bought for a birthday this week. Whipped cream frosting was so overly whipped it was actually butter. Basically non existent chocolate crunchies. Just disappointed especially when I had such high expectations. Thought a Ben and Jerry’s cake would be more special than your average ice cream cake especially considering the price but I was wrong.
