We've been spoiled in the past with incredible Vietnamese places with authentic pho, bao bun sandwiches, etc, so we didn't think we'd find that in the middle of downtown Manchester. Wow, were we wrong. This place is phenomenal! The pho broths were so tasty, with that steeped-in flavor you can only get with a long day of just simmering away, letting all the flavors and spices infuse. The pork belly bao bun might be my new addiction, I can't wait to try the other...
Lunch was great. We had the short rib bao bun to start then the beef Yalu udon, the beef was spiced perfectly and very tender, my son had the beef pho which was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.
The culinary experience was truly remarkable, albeit somewhat expensive for the noodle dish. The total cost for four individuals, including a ten-dollar gratuity, amounted to one hundred dollars. While I do not consider myself stingy, the waitress service was unfortunately subpar. I only encountered her approximately three times during the two-hour duration of our dining experience.
