I got reseated twice before I even got to order, workers seemed frazzled at a half empty place. No nametags no introductions, lack of personal connection. Took 15 minutes to get over cooked wings and $4 soda. Watched as ppl at the bar were over served and left without paying so that was interesting, and as I was leaving one of the female workers asked me to sub to her OnlyFans. The manager called 4 days later and made excuses instead of an apology. Denial and detracting instead of customer serivce.

Normally I love Buffalo Wild Wings. However not with this location. We ordered pickup. They got the order wrong. We ordered wings, a salad, and an order of cheese curds. They forgot the cheese curds and we did not notice until we were a half hour away. Mistakes happen, no biggie. But when we asked them to refund the item since they did not actually include it, the manager said no. The best they could do was a $10 in store coupon valid at that location only. We were from out of town and asked to apply to our Buffalo Wild Wings account instead and they said no. We also heard employees yelling and complaining in the background of the call. Bad customer service.

The pretzel appetizer was the only thing that was warm. The rest of the food was at room temperature or below. Fries are gross. Music was way too loud, they claimed they turned it down but absolutely did not. We only went because my grandson wanted to eat here. He has changed his thought now and, just like us, will NOT be asking to eat here again. Wait staff was really good.

Ordered a lunch combo delivery and didn't get my drink, didn't get one of the sauces included in the combo or the ones I paid extra for which really sucks when you got plain boneless so you can dip in the sauce. Delivery guy was cool though.

We visit this location every once in a while. The food is amazing. The service is fantastic. Our server tonight was Grandma and we love her so much. She does such an amazing job. She is a national treasure. Protect her at all costs.

There are a ton of chicken items on the menu, a few items with pork or beef, and like 3 salad options. They have cute kids menu. But the service there is always exceptional
Vegetarian options: Only a couple salad options but they have chicken in them unless you order a garden side salad then it's a plain salad

I walked in to order takeout. I5 boneless wings. Large fry. They asked if I wanted carrots or celery or both. Pretty easy order. They gave me my chicken, I had to ask them where the fries were. They didn’t believe me they weren’t in the bag until they also checked despite my not having left yet. And they still forgot my celery and carrots. Wish I had triple checked that before driving home. What are they doing, keeping parts of orders to eat?
