I come here a lot food, even though the food’s always cold my wife had the cookie it was all mushy and not even good. Fries are cold. Chicken tenders were cold.

My husband, daughter and I stopped in for lunch today after a visit with Santa. We were pushing naptime with our little one, and she has not done well at restaurants in the past. Needless to say… I was nervous and anxious. I fully expected to have to ask for boxes as soon as our meals hit the table so we could pack up and leave due to a potential two-year-old meltdown.

“Grandma” was our server and she was SO fantastic. There aren’t even really words to describe how much we loved having her as our server. She brought a sticker book over to my daughter before we order to keep her entertained. Our food came out fast, she was very attentive, and at the end, she even gave my daughter a small toy that made her entire day.

Honestly, this review is not really for Buffalo wild wings, it is specifically for our server, Grandma! I don’t even remember her real name, she just said everybody calls her grandma. And I completely understand why! I hope she gets to read this review. ❤️❤️❤️ We all had a wonderful time, thank you so much!!!

I do not often take the time to come and write a review, but especially in a day and age where bad service has become so normalized (the new standard) I needed to come here to share how BLOWN AWAY I was with this restaurant yesterday, particularly with their above and beyond service. I am a teacher, and I was bringing a large group of high school students in for lunch after their music auditions yesterday. When I called ahead to let them know, the person on the phone was very kind and quick to assure me they would prepare a place for us (which they did, very quickly!) We were sat immediately upon arrival, despite being a large group and although we had to wait a little bit for our food due to the busy time of day, our waitress was INCREDIBLE!! I wish that I had remembered her name. She made sure our drinks were always full and that all of our orders were taken care of accurately. Often, when bringing a big group of kids out like this I feel guilty for overwhelming staff, but our waitress was such a professional and handled everything beautifully, without seeming flustered or annoyed by our large group. I also had a student with a severe food allergy and a very cheery and patient staff member (I assume the manager) came out multiple times to make sure my students order was taken care of with extreme caution and safety. THEN when we were leaving, he came out and offered to take our picture when I was trying to take a picture of the students myself. I know it may not seem like a big thing, but all of these things combined were really such a treasure after a long day full of audition anxiety for my kiddos and in a time where I rarely see this kind of service, especially from a chain restaurant. BRAVA to this BWW, I will happily share the word about their excellent service and attention to detail. Even my students noted how wonderful their experience was. Thank you to the excellent staff and management, very impressed and will return next year!

My family of 6 was greeted and seated right away into a tight booth so our waiter added a seat to the end of the booth to compensate for the tight booth. After 5 minutes a different staff member tells us that we are not allowed to put a seat at the end of the table like if we did this on our own. This was at 4:45pm. A different restaurant staff member tells us we have to be seated at a larger table which was inconvenient but not the end of the world. So where do we get seated? Yes right by the front door on a cold November night. So after a few attempts to get a staff member to move us to a different table we noticed that this was the beginning of the end of our patience. We had placed our order at the first table that we sat in at 4:45pm and at 5:30pm the only thing that frequently visited our table was a crisp wind of November weather. By the way this restaurant was not even busy for a 45 minute wait of food. We walked out and enjoyed our amazing food at the longhorn steakhouse with a amazing staff that even let us sit at the end of the table. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings corporate reads this and addresses these customer complaints with their staff.

I’m absolutely livid with my experience today. I ordered a 20 piece on line with a sauce and a dry rub, In the past I would get a box with a divider in it and the sauce on the wings. Today I received two boneless wings in a box with no sauce/rub on the food but instead leaking out of two containers mixing together. This is utterly unacceptable if I wanted to put my own sauce on I would just buy chicken nuggets and sauce at the grocery store for less than what I spent in this restaurant.

Boneless wings and fries were cold, original Buffalo had no taste. Luckily the medium and Louisiana Hot were better. Celery on the side was brown. Maybe for under 20 bucks for that number of boneless wings and fries, this is par for the course?

Since when, can an establishment NOT switch a roll out for patty melt bread? Seems like a pretty easy swap to me! If this is seriously a thing, BWW, you need to do better!! Not EVERYONE likes a bun! Some people prefer a bread! This is a bit petty and ridiculous!

After a long day in Downtown Boston and a Red Sox ⚾️ game we drove back to Bedford and made a decision to to watch 🏈 game and Yankees ⚾️ game and we decided to go with Buffalo Wild Wings. Kiley and John (in training) were Fantastic servers. They were very attentive. Provided EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! The food was EXCELLENT! Im from out of town but this BWW hit it on the 🎯!!!

Utterly disappointing. Got a takeout order on our last vacation night. The server taking the order tried to charge $28 for an order that should have been $17 - manager intervened to correct her, said she could not accept a gift card - manager intervened to correct her. When i got back to my hotel with the order i found food items missing, no cutlery, no napkins, no sauces. BWW please train your staff and sack the incompetent ones.
