The wings were terrible. Small, dry, shriveled up, crumbly and very little dry rub.Additionally, I filled out the support form on BWW's /faq page a week ago, with the "do you want to be contacted about this" checkbox checked off and I still haven't heard from them.

The food was good but for the love of everything holy please understand that if it wasn’t for Therese & the bumping beats, I would have left the restaurant annoyed as heckarooni. Every single staff was so incredibly rude and clearly not wanting to be there, except our server.

I would give this Buffalo Wild Wings 0 stars if it was an option. We went there for dinner tonight. There were 5 of us and ALL of our food was cold. My husband had the Brisket Street Tacos and they came out ice cold. When we mentioned how cold the food was to our server, Melissa, she apologized and asked if we wanted them to remake everything. Since we had already waited over 30 minutes for the food, we said no we did not want to wait. Melissa spoke with Brittany, who I assume was a manager. Brittany then came to our table and said she would take $23 off our total for the cold food. At the time I did not realize just how cold my husband’s tacos were. Once I knew I let Melissa know just how inedible the food was. None of the 5 of us were able to finish our food due to it being horrible. Melissa again talked to Brittany who then came back to our table and quite rudely told us that she would take a total of $30 off our bill. We ended up paying $79.11 for food WE DID NOT EAT! We will NEVER eat there again and will continue to tell everyone how horrible and unsafe the food is there. We are all hoping that we don’t end up with food poisoning tonight. The management definitely needs more training on how to deal with customers who receive inedible food.

Service was average. Everyone liked their food (burger, wrap, and traditional wings). A little surprised by a $5 "draft" root beer that my son got with his kids meal. What was also annoying is they swapped it for the milk that comes with the kids meal. So I paid $5 for a root beer minus a milk. Our server said there was no eat-in wings combo ($16.99 wings and fries), like they show on their app. If that's the case it is annoying that the restaurant and online menus differ.

Order take out on the website and was charged 3 times with no order receipt. Called the store to complain and the person on the phone said they were sorry all the systems are down and they do not see my order. They told me the charges would be off my card in 24 hours. The next day the charges remained and I called the manager and he said to come into the store to get a refund the next day if the charges are still on there. When I went into the store another manager told me they couldn't refund me my money and too call the third party website to dispute the charge. Completely rude and unprofessional.

the fries were disapointing, not only were they too narrow, but most of them were like nubs. and they were presented to me in a flat metal tray instead of the traditional basket or simular vessle.

Worst experience I have ever had food was disgusting, their was even a cook named Chris who came out to tell me he made the food, that it was perfectly fine I’ve never seen a cook come out to discuss me having a bad meal this was just a crazy experience. And will never be back just from this experience and will be spreading the word that you have cooks talk to you not mangers when there is a problem.

After recieving an order that was COMPLETELY WRONG my wife called the restaraunt and explained calmly that the order was wrong and that we were out 75 dollars. The "manager" argued that the order was correct and called my wife "sweetie" in a condscending tone. What a garbage establishment.
