15 min after I order, the person comes out to start my order. The lady didn't care at all.It's a shame she has a job and others dont... I wish people had pride in what they do, no matter the role. Waste of time and a waste of space.

The touch screen ordering is a headache. If you don't choose asap the entire order is lost. Printed sheets on the registers that say no cash. Awesome system!

What Burger King in an airport is closed at 6:30pm? This one.

Second or third time I believe. Located in Manchester Airport, it works for general purposes. This airport is limited for food options, so had the Whopper Meal. Not too bad. Actually a half way decent burger, although the new fries aren't a favorite. They provided some carbs. They are trying to go with the annoying kiosks. Thankfully a nice lady took my order today. Food was out in five minutes. When grabbing something quick for a flight, this is a good choice at this airport. I'm still not sold on BK. Yet this provided sustenance, and I made my flight on time.
Had an awesome meal and a very good experience! Ladies working were super friendly and made a great burger!

I have never received worse service at any Burger King. If it was possible to rate this as -5 stars, I would. The food is not good quality either, and when combined with the inflated price and rude employees, I'd much rather eat airplane pretzels all day than anything from this Burger King.

The guy taking our order over charged us by 9 dollars and when we corrected him and said he would just give us extra fries instead of removing the over charged item. Definitely would not recommend.

Due to a pork allergy I try to avoid it at all costs. The restaurant is unwilling/unable to substitute sausage for beef on the breakfast menu and is the only open restaurant that isn't just coffee and pastries.
