We got there right around a rush, the atmosphere was amazing such a cute place. There was a table right away, sat down and got some drinks. My partner got a mimosa flight! Those where so good, I had an iced coffee with captain in it! Partner got a prosciutto Benedict (forgot to take a picture) it looked so good tho nice and warm came with potato pancakes. Crisp to a T. I got the Breakfast Caprese Panini with seasoned tater-tots and side of bacon! The best tater-tots I've ever had at a restaurant! The staff was amazing and super friendly. I recommend this place every day it's open.

Perfect lattes, giant gluten free pancakes with a mountain of blueberries, crazy yummy brunch smash burger, and our server was attentive and very kind to our feisty one year old. If you’re looking for gluten free options you can’t go wrong with this place. High quality ingredients and generous portions. We will be coming back soon!

Some of the best brunch food you'll find in the city, for a reasonable price. They also make some incredible cocktails, both tasting and looking. The atmosphere is a fun blend of new school meets old school charm. All of the staff are really friendly and inviting. I also love that they sometimes become a ghost kitchen for different food trucks or vendors for dinner.

Swung in to grab a latte and check out the atmosphere. Seating is still similar to the old Blake’s but they updated the atmosphere. And their menu looks awesome!

Though it resides at an old Blake's location do not think for a moment that Cafe la Reine is your typical greasy spoon diner. Sure, they kept the original booths and floors, but the refinished space is light and airy (also with lots of plants!). Both the food and drinks menu have contemporary flairs - which my wife and I enjoyed. I had the Loaded Fries and Starvin Marvin, both plates had a lot of food and plenty of flavor. The coffee is the same great quality you can expect from the restaurant’s sister café location on Elm St.There are lots of reviews around food pricing. I’m willing to pay a little extra knowing this a local family run establishment, versus a trendy brunch chain. After chatting with the staff it's pretty clear that they are sourcing a lot of local fresh ingredients (versus your typical fresh-frozen establishment), so I have no issue with the cost. The menu is available online so you can get a sense on what you'll spend prior to going.Definitely plan on going again.

Parking: Plenty of parking in the plaza, but could be busy on a Saturday morning

Dietary restrictions: Was surprised to learn that the pancakes were GF by default! They were delicious

I think that this place has a lot of potential but the prices aren’t justifiable. The breakfast sandwich was good but definitely not worth the price. For the price, you should at least get some sort of side with it. They serve it on a huge plate so the lack of food is pretty obvious. If the sandwich was under $10 then I’d maybe have a different opinion. They might use higher quality ingredients but honestly it’s not noticeable in the taste. Also the price for eggs benedict is very high. Comparing the price to the same meal at other local places (with similar or better quality), this place is definitely more expensive. I really liked the environment and the waitress was good as well. I just can’t see myself going back when there’s cheaper restaurants with similar quality.

Not your average breakfast place! The whole menu is thoughtfully created to cater to many different dietary restrictions- especially gluten free. I personally love the breakfast sandwiches, but the pancakes, waffles, and burger are great too.The drinks are phenomenal. I love the bloody marys and my husband loves the coffee drinks (do yourself a favor and get a flight, all the flavors are delicious!).This is not your typical breakfast experience! Carve out some time to sit and enjoy your meal, invite friends so you can share bites of everything. If you're curious about options and pricing, everything can be found on the website.

Dietary restrictions: The only place I know that offers GF chicken and waffles!

My wife and I came in today for brunch and it was great! I ordered a maple latte and can honestly say it was the best latte I’ve ever had! We also had the spicy breakfast sandwich and sausage Benedict which were equally as delicious! Staff was friendly and service was quick. I highly recommend: 10 out of 10!

Met here with a few friends for breakfast. Food was great! Enjoyed my eggs benny- delicious hollandaise sauce. Coffee is good too! And an added bonus having a bar at a breakfast/lunch spot!! Many creative and tasty drink choices. Great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be back soon!

The spicy egg sandwich is my favorite, the drink selection makes it hard to choose because they’re all so delicious, staff is friendly and attentive and I love the decor! Can’t wait to go back!!

The atmosphere was meh at best and is still very dated which I get... they bought an old restaurant and they did what they could with the space without major renos. The server had no personality and no understanding of the menu and wasn't really interested in getting the answers. The staff was all just standing around the kitchen area. We didn't do alcohol but I can see how it would be a benefit. the coffee was very good. The food was good and they had some great choices but they were not inexpensive. Food was well put together but when we go out it's for the experience not just the food. if they were to improve the atmosphere and get some good servers who had interest in their job it'd go a long way for everyone's experience.

I don't see this place lasting long at all. $6 for "fresh" Bagels that look like they were pulled from Walmart's frozen food section. $14 for pancakes. Pancakes. $14. Two straps of bacon on a $16 BLT.I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. Finally got my order after 50 minutes. Do you have all of two employees? With your prices you can afford triple your staff.Do yourself a favor - go anywhere else.

We were quick to be seated, and the front of house staff was super kind. Incredibly expensive for what you get ($60+ for two breakfast sandwiches, and 2 drinks). Food was missing the ingredients advertised on the menu (for example, the crispy breakfast sandwich was missing the crispy onions that make the sandwich “crispy”). For the money it cost to purchase, everything should be on the plate as described, and if not, purchaser should probably be told otherwise. Loved the drinks, but might come in the future only for coffee or tea.
