I don’t know what I got here but it was not a steak and cheese . And had hair in it. It was gross. I won’t be back .

Nothing in sandwich. Alot of ketchup little else. Almost no meat, little cheese, all bread. Definitely not worth the trip.

I am extremely angry about this experience with Charlie Cheesesteaks in Manchester, New Hampshire. My fiancé ordered online: two Chicken California sandwiches and one regular Original Lemonade. The total was $20, but the order was incomplete; the lemonade was missing.
I want to speak to the manager. Is this a common occurrence? Is your staff absent-minded? Online orders should be complete upon delivery. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. My fiancé's experience was marked by carelessness and a lack of attention to detail. It seems like your staff isn't focused on their work.
I demand that you verify the completeness of future orders. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I scooted all the meet forward so I can have at last half a sandwhich. That back half is just a glob of cheese(which I’m not complaining about cheese😋)thank you for my lettuce and cheese Sammy💕

Thought I would try the "prime rib" sandwich ordered it without onions and jalapeños, first time around they got it wrong, (3rd pic) but were more than happy to fix it. The portion of actual "prime rib" was miniscule, lots of cheese and respectable amount of bacon. Fries were just ok.

Sandwich had absolutely no flavor and was awful...I can get one from market basket that is cheaper and tastes better. The fries were really good though. Employee running the register also seemed irritated that he had to keep repeating things for me as I'm hearing impaired and couldn't hear well over the noise of the mall. The guy cooking had a friendly smile though and was better about making sure I understood what he was asking which is the only reason service got more stars.

Love the food! Cashier was professional and the servings are huge! If you need bacon cheese fries for your mall trip this is definitely the place to go!

Great steak sub. Cooked perfectly. The loaded fries were good. Loved the real fruit strawberry watermelon lemonade.

Disregard the Friday and Saturday opening hour of 10 AM. It is actually 11 AM.

The "cheese" they put on this deserves the quotes around it. I'm not certain it can be called cheese. It's basically that easy-cheese stuff, one (small) step above what one would spray out of a can. The "cheese" steak was borderline inedible, not because of anything the staff did wrong, but because the quality of "food" is poor. That whole food court is poor, but I'd rate this lower than Arby's. That should tell you something.
