Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.
i’ve come here many many times. the food here is awesome but this girl that works the register is rude. constantly giving me and my little sister dirty looks and she talks way too quiet. Once i ordered she started laughing at me and my sister for no reason. which is completely unprofessional, and so is dirty looks. all in all, she makes this place have a bad look because of the way she acts.

I had high hopes but was unfortunately let down almost immediately. From the first bite into my sandwich I could tell they use some type of frozen minute steak for their subs and it wasn't at all what I was expecting from a place in the mall. The prices weren't horrible but for the small amount of meat you actually get in your sandwich it seemed a little too high. I personally will never come back to this place and just wanted to let others know before they make the same mistake I did.

I am extremely angry about this experience with Charlie Cheesesteaks in Manchester, New Hampshire. My fiancé ordered online: two Chicken California sandwiches and one regular Original Lemonade. The total was $20, but the order was incomplete; the lemonade was missing.
I want to speak to the manager. Is this a common occurrence? Is your staff absent-minded? Online orders should be complete upon delivery. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. My fiancé's experience was marked by carelessness and a lack of attention to detail. It seems like your staff isn't focused on their work.
I demand that you verify the completeness of future orders. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I scooted all the meet forward so I can have at last half a sandwhich. That back half is just a glob of cheese(which I’m not complaining about cheese😋)thank you for my lettuce and cheese Sammy💕

Thought I would try the "prime rib" sandwich ordered it without onions and jalapeños, first time around they got it wrong, (3rd pic) but were more than happy to fix it. The portion of actual "prime rib" was miniscule, lots of cheese and respectable amount of bacon. Fries were just ok.

Sandwich had absolutely no flavor and was awful...I can get one from market basket that is cheaper and tastes better. The fries were really good though. Employee running the register also seemed irritated that he had to keep repeating things for me as I'm hearing impaired and couldn't hear well over the noise of the mall. The guy cooking had a friendly smile though and was better about making sure I understood what he was asking which is the only reason service got more stars.
