I would love to tell you how awesome this traditional breakfast joint but I don’t want to have to wait in line to get in. Place is incredible!

Food was likely tampered with but not obvious enough to throw a fit at the place over. My toast was watery/dripping with likely not butter. I found several black hairs in my plate, note: my husband is bald and I am blonde. The place closes at 2pm and granted we did show up at 1:10pm.We were seated immediately and we apologized for not coming earlier but it was still well during working hours and guests still arriving after us. I started talking to my husband and noticed a couple walked in and then our waitress complained and stated “why are people still coming in” at around 1:20pm. I started talking about that to my husband in which I thought it was rude due to the fact it should still want revenue and she shouldn’t be complaining about that. I do believe this may be the reason my food was tampered with. My husband did eat his breakfast and thought his was fine, but he noticed more hairs in my food because I could not finish so after he took a few bites. His/my stomach turned less than 15 minutes after we left. It’s upsetting due to the fact my husband has been going to this place since he was a child and this is the first time he’s leaving dissatisfied and we will not be going back. I knew something was off because our waitress didn’t even serve us the food, the cook or whoever brought the food to us while our waitress was conversing to a coworker/ not working. This place has gone downhill and the service is unacceptable.

Needs to offered shared table seating if real busy and people don't mind. If I'm at table 4 alone with long line waiting.dont mind sharing table for senior dine out. Thursday 30 min wait . Short staffed today. Need more help now they took on great dine out program.b

Everything was great except for the breakfast I ordered. The waitress was great and friendly. But I didn't like the home fries. Not crunchy enough, there was no seasoning and they were cold.

Never waited so long for a meal. My food was cold, one plate of food was incorrect and the 3rd was incomplete. They weren't busy, but the cook(s) were very slow.

It was the worst experience I've ever had,every other time I have come to this establishment there's been no issues but that all changed today when the kitchen manager and the other manager had messed up my food not taking into consideration that there was a misunderstanding on there website and they acknowledged the mistake and refused to fix my order when that's all I wanted I didn't mind paying the extra fees if it was necessary,but horrible customer service especially refusing to remake the order not even considering the fact that it was supposed to be on the side due to allergies. Would never recommend

If I could give this crappy place a zero star I would 1st off can't even remake something they messed up on even after seeing there mistake 2nd the way there service was sucked almost a hour for a burrito is crazy I give this place the weakest 1 star And there lucky I did that
