Horrible, would give it 0. Spent like $20 on one damn burrito that was supposed to be plain, but got not a single thing that I ordered, literally everything that I didn’t order. I want my damn money back, I literally can’t even eat what I orders. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.

This used to be my favorite chipotle location to get a burrito but for the past 6 months things have been downhill. Food was to salty, stale chips mixed with good chips , not enough meat, the restaurant has became very dirty on top of it all. Really disappointed.

Giving 4 because the food is good, servers were very hardworking so can't complain there but the place was dirty. Chipotle probably should have a contract with cleaning company who cleans the place up multiple times a day or hire a staff just tor that.

I’ve been coming here for 11 months and am always delighted. The trick, though, is to come in person (and for what it’s worth, I always come between busy rushes, so either when they first open or a couple of hours before dinner). Do that and you’re set.
The portions are always fantastic, they’re always super, super friendly, and everything is delicious. I’m so lucky this location is literally less than 7 minutes from me.

Shout out to the young (female presenting) person with the septum piercing who made it. You truly have a magic ratio.
Me and I arrived at the spot to pick up our takeout. It was a positive atmosphere, very busy. However the quality of food we received was less than edible. Her food was cold and stale. After 2 bites I came to the conclusion that my food was inedible. I have had a negative experience at Chipotle. I would not recommend this particular spot to anyone.

Usual chipotle. Good staff. I was given a good chunk of extra sauce and cheese for good price. Staff was busy good seating area but i would prefer to eat someplace open.
Chipotle on South Willow The young girl dugg her whole hand in my food to remove red beans didn't listen to anything I said made the bowl twice and still didn't correct it she felt digging her hand in My bowl would solve it slow down listen & have patience I'm never going to this chipotle ever again so unprofessional
