We had such an amazing time at our daughter's 5th birthday party this past weekend! Our attendant went above and beyond and truly was phenomenal! This is not the first party we've been to here but it is our first party that we've hosted and if anyone is lucky enough to have Cutter as their attendant he is absolutely fantastic! He did everything in his power to make sure our daughter had a wonderful day and that it went as smoothly as possible. He also made sure that all of the parents were taken care of and my partner and I did not have any concerns throughout the entire day, he was so unbelievably helpful. I would definitely host her party here in the future, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking for a space that's safe for kids and has lots of fun options for a semi-reasonable price. If you think about all that you spend on birthday parties outside of a small venue it's totally worth it to pay to have your kids not be able to exit without their adult, I have an unlimited games, prizes desserts and play with all their friends and family! We had our son's Birthday party here and we had a great experience. The Birthday help was great, attentive, and made it much easier for us to enjoy the Birthday and play with the kids. The kids all had a great time, enjoyed the bounce section, and especially enjoyed singing with Chuck e and getting their pictures taken. Highly recommend.

This was the worst experience of my life. Brought my nephew here and not only was the staff in the trampoline park not paying attention to kids safety she had a headset in and was sitting there we literally watched her look at a kid get hurt and do nothing. We talked to staff about it and nothing was done. The bathroom was INCREDIBLY disgusting smelled so bad and the floor was very sticky. Staff members coming in just walked right through people. The front welcome staff were very not caring. Barley answered questions and rushed. Not coming back.
What can I say if you don’t have enough points for your prize you can buy it and use the points for money off the points add up like for games so slowly so you can play so many games I have nothing but positive things to say!
