We planned a birthday party for our son this weekend.Wendy was so easy to work with and the communication was excellent.Our experience at the theater was amazing. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had to make some last minute adjustments to our party plans and it was no big deal.We had a great time and would defiantly recommend to anyone planning a kids party!10 out of 10!

I have always loved the idea of Chunky's, dinner and a movie is such a ubiquitous experience. But, as we all know, the food is absolute trash. I've been going to Chunky's for like 20 years and I don't really know why. It's always been awful food, but at least back then they had arm rests on the chairs. I really don't understand why they serve trash when it's half of their shtick. I know this will never reach the higher ups but if for some reason it does, your burgers are worse than gas station burgers. You'd draw in a whole lot more people if you did the food well. It doesn't even have to be some kind of gourmet menu, just make fresh food. I get that it's "cost effective" to sell frozen food that teenagers can make but you're losing way more money from empty seats. The movie experience is on par with any other theater, why would I want to eat microwave hot dogs if I could just as easily just go to a restaurant before the movie? Again, the idea of Chunky's is awesome, the food shouldn't be a punishment.

We had a large group outing at Chunky's in Manchester with adults of varying abilities. Coordinating with Wendy was easy and our server was amazing. We had no issues during our visit but the manager still went above and beyond to understand dietary restrictions and requests from our group. We can't wait for our outing next year! Went to see a movie and have lunch yesterday. My husband got a burger and I got chicken fingers.The food was delicious and our waiter was very attenative. I was definitely impressed.

I've been to chunky's several dozen times.. never really had any issue.. every time before the movie, they have taken my order.Today Nope.... They come 15 minutes after the movie startedAfter my son put the light on.I'm really focused on the movie now, I don't want to talk to anybody trying to see all the Easter eggs of GhostbustersI spoke with the manager.. he said they're not short-handedI got hangry... Wound up leaving a half an hour in.... Very very disappointing.?

Great management team and staff. We hosted a fundraiser at Chunky's playing a Super Smash tournament on the big screen and all of our attendees had a blast. We love going for movies and now we love going to raise some money for a good cause.Thank you Wendy & team!

I hosted a private screening at Chunky's in Manchester for a birthday party, and it was so much fun! I loved that I could pick my own movie to play in the dvd player (Back to the Future), and the overall cost was really reasonable for me because I just had guests order off of the menu and handle their own bills. The rental staff were really helpful and responsive, so it was very easy to set up the event. We all had an excellent time.
Sat in theather 10 to see kung fu panda at 6:15pm in seat E22, F20, and F21 had our little light on for 25 mins into the movie still no waiter. Then we got one at 6:40 placed our food but it never showed up. Had to leave the theater with a screaming six year old that was hungry.

Never been here so I figured I'd give it a try tonight. Got my tickets online. Showed up and tried to claim them at the kiosk. Neither one recognized my tickets and both the screens were covered in filth. Went in and got my tickets, asked the guy at the counter how everything works and he said to turn on the light on the table to order. Very confusing layout and no one tells you were to go, hard to find your seat. Found my seat and it was covered in bits of food and trash, seats have no arm rests on them and the tables aren't facing the screen. The lights were very bright and the auditorium didn't feel like a movie theater. Sat down and turned the light on. Movie started and well 20 minutes into the movie wait staff is no where to be seen. 25 minutes in the show up and just say "what do want" I told her I don't even have a menu. She gave me a menue and said she'd check on me in a minute. Well now 35 minutes into the movie, no waitress and watching people get their food while I haven't even ordered yet I had enough. Went and got my tickets refunded. I'll just watch the movie when it comes to streaming

My review is not a reflection of the movie because it was cute. We ordered soup. $7.49 for ~2.5-3oz of chowder. It was gross. My chicken in my chicken basket was overcooked. We ordered 25 minutes before the movie started. We had to ask three time for our drinks. We ate without drinks. Had we waited, we would have eaten a cold meal. Our drinks didn’t come until 30 minutes or so into the movie. We didn’t order any alcoholic beverages, so there’s no excuse for this kind of service. We were also forced to tip. Tipping is an OPTION and is not mandatory. Or at least it shouldn’t be for a table of two. We would have not given the amount they put on our bill. We will not be going back there for a movie and a meal.
