I’ve been here 2 times since this is the closest Cinnabon to Maine and both times were so dreamy. I LOVE Cinnabon! This location was willing to stay 15 minutes after they close until we could get there just to make sure we could get some Cinnabon!! The staff all had smiles on their faces were happy to serve us even after they closed. We are so grateful and I got to have a Cinnabon everyday the last week because of them! Happy🥰

It was okay... The cinnamon taste was barely there and all I could taste was the icing. The portion is massive so that's basically my lunch and breakfast. It was very dry like dry cake so I was just munching through it slowly. The icing was yummy and the centre was nice but it was mid. I got the Carmel and pecan one. The staff was very nice though and I liked the interaction

Today 12/24/24 i picked up an oreo Cinnabon and a plan Cinnabon. At 7pm tonight we went to eat the oreo Cinnabon and a very only black hair was in it. So I had to give up my Cinnabon. And put the oreo Cinnabon off to the side so I can bring in on 12/26/24. We were so disappointed this has never happened before for us

Cinnamon roles and everything else I've tried there has always been nothing below peak. Yeah sure, there can be a few misses, but that doesn't compare to the millions of times I've been there!
Anything below a 5 star for the food is criminal but everything else I guess depends on preference. Service is very friendly but when I ordered online once the guy there didn't even see the receipt with the order ?
The atmosphere is good but I'm just not a mall guy personally so I just take my food and dip.

The cinnamon roll just isn't as good as I remember. Maybe I've been clouded by nostalgia, but I swear my girlfriend makes better rolls from the Pillsbury tin.Maybe it was an off day?Regardless, the store was clean and the service was friendly, but for a 7 dollar cinnamon roll, I'd rather get grocery store rolls.

Was staying in a hotel nearby and I could smell this place before i saw it, oh wow i was not disappointed. Warm classic cinnamon roll, topped with caramel frosting and pecans. Delicious!! Much bigger than i thought it would be but i was not complaining. Don't have one of these in Edinburgh, which is probably not a bad thing for my waistline. Reasonably priced for the size, you could split this between 2 people.

I've been coming here for years...Sadly they closed all the Cinnobons in MA (as far as I know). So I now drive all the way to Manchester NH to get them. I really hope this location stays open!

Tried to stop just now on my way out of the mall with two toddlers... 3 people "working" and told me they were on a break for 10 min... all 3 of them. Work ethic is pathetic; management take notice and train your employees better and hold them accountable.
